I very much like the material. Ordered also another 'lifestyle' jacket, the Sawyer, which is unbearable noisy.
If there would be a detachable hood it would be even more perfect. The sleeves are awesome when you ride your bicycle because they won't be too short like on other jackets.

I rolled up sleeves by about 6 inches, cause they were too long.
My hands are actually very long, but I still drag the sleeves all over the floor when I walk. Sleeves length OK for you?

Design og lsninger som nsket. Liten innerlomme, antar det er for ikke redusere goretex funksjonen. Hadde dog vrt greit f plass til stor mobil. Ermene lange, men det justerer du lett med bruke knappene. Fungerer ypperlig i regn. Optimalt kunne jeg tenkt den 10 cm lenger, men det kommer vel nr moten endrer seg..

I love this jacket! It has everything I was looking for in a new coat, in particular, the ability to wear a sports coat underneath...no more coat tails hanging out below my Gore-Tex jacket.
One the positive side, it is very well made and up to the quality you would expect for the price and the Arc'teryx brand. The cut is spot on, and it has clean, classic lines that should stand the test of time and fashion cycles.
Regarding the arm length, maybe I have freakishly long arms, but I have not found the arms to be too long. In fact, they are perfect. A little added length in a rain overcoat is always a welcome feature.
Flaws are limited, but perhaps two areas for improvement are 1) the internal pocket, and 2) the two-way zipper. The internal pocket is TINY, and increasing it in size to hold both a wallet and a smart phone would be a significant improvement in the coat. Concerning the two-way zipper, I recognize that it is essential, especially in a coat of this length, but closing the zipper at the bottom and moving up the bottom zip mechanism has proven to be challenging at times, as it sticks quite a lot. Perhaps this will improve with age and as the zip mechanism breaks-in.
Although this coat is listed as a bike commuter jacket, I do not use it for cycling, as it is way too long for any type of sustained physical activity. I suggest removing this description and simply listing it as an urban coat, which it is in spades

Quality coat, and lovely fit when worn without an additional layer such as a jumper. If you size up the arms are far too long.

Having read the reviews and not being able to try out the jacket in person, I was a bit concerned about the fit. However, the XL size I got is a near-perfect fit. all of my Arc'Teryx / LEAF sizes are XL. As mentioned elsewhere, sleeves are long and the torso has room for a suit/sweater combo, which is actually a plus for my build.
I'm 6'3 (191cm) and weigh an athletic 220 pounds (100kg). My arms are on the longer side, sleeve length is usually an issue for me, NOT here. The jacket sleeves are definitely on the longer side and I had to adjust the sleeve buttons to the tightest option for a better fit.
Would have given this a 5-star rating if there was a reflective stripe inside the collar, the inside pocket a bit larger, and more than one.

Picked up this trench coat recently, and overall I love it. It does run a bit large, so one could size down if you prefer a slimmer fit. I'm 6'2 and 220 lbs and I got the Large. The size fits me, but the sleeves are really long and some room in the torso, but that leaves room for a heavy sweater or other. Inner pocket is on the smaller side, but can fit a small wallet or credit card holder. Strong zippers and nice size hand pockets. But highly recommend for a stylish waterproof coat.

Overall I am very satisfied with this coat that I wear in my daily life when the temperature goes above 0 celsius degree and my wife compliments me. Just a couple of minor issues are sleeves are a little bit too long and some people mentioned this issue. The cuff is also a little bit too big that makes me a little uncomfortable and another issue is that the chest pocket is a little bit too small to put in my wallet that can barely fit. I wish that there were two large inside pockets and other than these minor issues, I like the trench coat very much.

Love this coat. I was worried the XL would be right based on my size (I'm 6'2" and wear a 44R jacket.) It was a big larger than expected. I'm just cuffing the sleeves and seems fine. Good looking coat.

And not because my arms are short. It's long relative to the stated sizing. It measures about 2 inches longer than the size guide. I just fold the cuff inside and use repair tape to tape it to the inside. Works like a charm. Don't need the snap cuffs since I'm usually wearing a blazer or dress shirt underneath and it looks weird. Arc'teryx needs to figure out how to offer different lengths in this line of clothing. Scrunched cuffs don't look good with business casual.

There's a lot to like about the Keppel Trench Coat, and I'm a fan of Arc'teryx in general. However, this coat fits strangely. I'm a legit XL (235# and 6'1") and I have fairly broad shoulders/chest/upper arms. I ordered the coat and it came in fine shape... I tried it on, over a button down, and it was extremely snug across the chest, shoulders, and under the arms. And, when I say snug, I mean Saturday night jeans kinda tight. There is no way I could wear it over a sweater or suit coat. I don't think I could even get my arms in the sleeves if I was wearing a sport coat. I may go for a XXL... but the sleeves and length were plenty long enough at XL... just not enough fabric across the chest, and the armholes were made for very thin person. A shame, because it's otherwise a great looking jacket.

Long sleeves that could do with another popper line to hold them up.
Reflective strip from the collar not present in my jacket.

I love this coast. It's as if though it was tailord to fit me to perfection. It deosn't feel too constrained nor too slack and most of all, for an off the rack garnment, the workmanship as well as the attention to detail is outstanding.

Great coat to wear in town. I found is relatively cheap compared to other coats of the well know brands.

This is almost a perfect trench coat. I love all my other Arc'teryx gear.
But the sleeves are noticeably too long. They should either be adjustable or shorter.
And you should have the option to use front snaps instead of or in addition to the zipper.

I bought this coat as a replacement since my old one wasn't very waterproof. On paper this one checked all my boxes and I'm happy to say it lives up the task after three weeks of daily use. First off, this coat is extremely well-made in all regards, the seams are non-existent for all I can tell which gives the illusion of a really homogeneous piece of clothing that blends together well. It seems to hold up very well against both heavy winds and rain but the issue therein lies with the collar which is quite large and can't be closed properly to close out the rain completely. All in all, this is a great coat that could use some minor improvements, the sleeves are a bit long compared to other Arc pieces in the same size, even for me. The internal pocket could be bigger and I would also like the cuffs to be a bit more adjustable in size. I also found the zippers on the side pockets to be a little bit stiff.
With all this said, if you're looking for a high quality gore-tex coat for everyday use with a sleek and modern fit I doubt you'll find anything better than this.
