I love these shoes! They’re exactly what I wanted.

This is the cutest black running shoe out there right now in my opinion! Excellent arch support, nicely cushioned/springy feel. Soft fabric in the toe box but I had to return to order a 1/2 size larger than normal for my toes to not feel cramped width-wise.

I have always worn Brooks Ghost but after seeing the revel I wanted to try something new. So far so good! I do prefer to run in ghost but the revels are nice as well. They are a little higher near the ankle but I still love and I find them very supportive.

Comfortable right out of the box as others have said, no break-in, and supportive/sturdy enough for my flat feet. I wear these for work but they are also good to run around in. A star off for the style, these are more practical than fashionable but not terribly so, I can get away with wearing these with my skinny jeans and a t-shirt and not look too frumpy. Only other con is that they make my feet slightly hot and I don't normally have this problem. I just have to remember to wear technical socks or thin casual socks when wearing these shoes.

I bought these for everyday walking around. Needed something that was supportive for plantar fascitis, but also looked decent. These fit that bill!

Ahhh, finally, a breathable shoe that supports and is amply padded! I love the cushioning around the ankle and back of heel. It is really cute, love the black and white. I am a wide foot and I was able to loosen the laces enough to accommodate. Plenty of toe room.

These shoes are so comfortable! True to size. My favorite pair yet.

Love the look and feel of these when I first worse them but after one day in the house my arches were aching. There just isn't enough arch support. Sadly I'm returning them

My feet & I love these shoes! Took them out for a walk with the dog and they were great! So far it doesn't appear that won't have to re-lace them to accommodate my high instep or forming bunion. And even better, they very 'cushiony'!

Really wanted to keep this shoe but I have a narrow foot and I was sliding all over in it.

Sometimes I need a wider width shoe. The Revel is too narrow for me.

Generally this is a great running shoe. I previously had Brooks Launch which I didn't love, and these are a much more comfortable fit for running. One issue is that the small rubber toe protector in the front has started to peel off, which happened after about 4 weeks of wear. It doesn't effect the use of the sneaker but maybe not the best in quality.

A good shoe for walking and light workouts. This is a lower-priced shoe from Brooks and if you are accustomed to the structure and support of Ghost or Adrenaline, you will notice a difference. The sole is soft and cushioned but I definitely feel the pavement when I walk - it's a spongy feel. I bought these for a vacation trip where I did a ton of city walking and I was comfortable wearing them right out of the box - no break-in needed, no pressure on my bunions, no blisters. I would not recommend these for serious running, however. Pros: Lightweight, light cushioning Unstructured mesh top = no seams pressing on bunions True to size Good colors and good price Cons: Definitely a cheaper feel than typical Brooks shoes Cushioning is soft but thin - you will feel the pavement They feel a little hot....and my feet rarely get hot in shoes! Overall: Good basic, comfy running shoe if you are not a runner. :-)

Thought I would try the Brooks line; chose the Revel and the color was the Joyous mint/pink/white, a very fun-looking shoe. I had hoped I could wear them at the gym, running on the treadmill, etc., but there is a horizontal seam inside the shoe down near where the laces begin that irritated my skin between my toes & the top of my foot, and that was just when I tried them on and walked around my living room. Being that uncomfortable at just a casual walking pace, there is no way I could go 30-45 minutes on a treadmill at the gym. Am sending them back and ordering my old reliable standby, a pair of Ascics.

I usually go for an 8 or 8.5 in shoes. This time, based on other reviews, I chose the 8.5. It is about a half size too big. I don't know if shoes are just made bigger now (I used to always wear 8.5) or if it is just this brand, but this will have to be exchanged. It seems very true to other Brooks shoes in length. I see no reason to size up. It is very comfortable in other ways and I like the color choices.

They fit perfect right out of the box and were super comfortable! Unfortunately they didn’t have enough arch support for me or I would have kept them.

This running shoe felt true to size (I wear a women’s 11B) with ample toe box room, which is good! Good heel cushioning, but it is lacking in toe cushioning. It’s a neutral shoe, but I feel like it give pretty good support.

Good cushion similar to Asics cumulus but bigger toe box. Better colors than Ghost models.

Although I originally liked how the show fit and looked, after wearing it a couple of hours I decided to return the shoe. I have porokeratosis so I need more support on the balls of my feet and I am on my feet for long hours for work. Also they aren’t even slightly slip resistant so I almost wiped out a couple of times.

The shoes look good, but they feel very wide.

Beutiful shoe and so modern

These are great looking athletic shoes, however, they felt a bit tight and short across the toes. I would try to order 1/2 size larger. But otherwise the cushion support and style are superb!

I loved the fit and look of this shoe. Unfortunately, running shoes really seem to bother the ball of my foot, where it seems to have less padding. Always feels like there is a ledge that drops off. I was hoping this wouldn't do that. The Brooks fit me perfectly..... wide enough in toe box, narrow heel, good firm cushioning through most of foot bed. ..... sigh. I wish Brooks made a non running shoe, besides boring walking shoes. Sorry to have to return these., and will continue the hunt for a sport shoe that isn't for running.

Extremely comfortable! I ended up returning the item as it would slip off of my heal. Overall, the color is wonderful and exactly what the picture shows!
