I have a lot of foot pain, and was looking for some new sneakers. The reviews were so good on these, but I was super disappointed. They are very cushiony, but provide now arch support at all. My feet were throbbing at the end of the day. The laces were weirdly short as well. I'd already worn them outside, so didn't return them. I'll try them with SmartFeet inserts and see it that helps. The width was good, at least.

Zappos is so very,very helpful!! I was having difficulties finding a fit in another brand. My foot is very difficult so they filtered their search engine and found this shoe. It is a really cute shoe and they sent me 3 to try!!! The first felt great but had no cushioning on the ball of the foot. I could feel all the ridges on the sole. I then tried the wider shoe with 2 insoles. I added my custom on top. By the time I tried the third my foot had been in the shoe a long time and allergies kicked in. My foot felt like pins & needles all over. So back they all went...so difficult...so ??

Asics, as a brand, have become narrower than in the past.

Comfortable when on flat land. Not enough support for me on hills. I supinate, so need to find better side support and shoes with soles that protrude a little like wings on the outside of the widest part of my feet. If it weren’t for my supination problem, I’d give them 5 stars.

I've bought Asics for years. These are a bit larger, especially in the toe box. Other than that, they are fine. I kept them. :)

Bought these shoes for yard/garden work, and they seem to be holding up well. They are reasonably comfortable, but seem a little large. I have worn Asics Gel for many years, but this is the first Venture 6 I have owned. I always buy 8M, and they fit fine. These, however, feel loose. If I bought them again, I would buy a half size smaller.

Great shoe and great price.

Not the most supportive shoe if you have flat feet/overpronation, but a really good value. More true to size than many Asics - I wore my normal shoe size, whereas sometimes with other asics I've had to size up. A nice walking shoe for the price.

I recently replaced Gel Venture 5’s with these Gel Venture 6’s. I walk on dirt roads and prefer a shoe with a sturdy sole and a little more aggressive tread than the typical walking shoe. The Gel Centure 5’s fit the bill very well. These Gel Venture 6’s - not so much. They are very comfortable for knock around wear, doing errands, etc. However I personally find the sole a bit too soft for walking on dirt roads, and the tread doesn’t feel as secure as the 5’s did. The price is very reasonable, though! So I have replaced the basic insole with the slightly pricey Spenco Total Max Support inserts in the hope the Gel Venture 6’s will feel more sturdy.

I usually wear a 10 in most shoes, but I needed an 11 in the GT-2000 5, so I got a 10.5 in these and that seems to fit pretty well (maybe even a tiny bit big). I wanted cheap-ish, comfy running shoes for the gym, and these totally fit the bill. The colors are cute, and somehow they manage to make my giant feet look smaller! Cool beans.

I do not love these. The color is meh and the toe box is wider than I like, they feel a little "mushy".

Arch support was ok, fit seemed accurate for a 9, just the color was very dull. Ordered another Asics pair that was grey but also had pink to liven it up.

These were cheap for tennis shoes. I needed a new pair and these fit the bill. Asics and I go way back, and they are the only brand I buy. Not a huge fan of the cheetah print. But that is my own personal taste.

Read other reviews about these shoes being too wide in the heel. I tried them anyway and the reviews were correct. I’m an avid ASICS sneaker girl and I’m sad to say they have changed the style. Was sad to return them.

I wanted to keep these because the cushioning felt so good, but the toe box taper was too much, even in the D width, and even in a half size up from my usual 9. Back to New Balance, unfortunately.

I like the shoes. Good support for my supination. Very comfortable.

I have been an avid GT 1000 shoe wearer for 10+ years. The new GT 1000 6 is narrow and not a comfortable fit so I decided to try another variety of Asics thus the Gel Venture 6 was one of my selections. The shoe itself was sturdy with arch support and comfort in the toe area. However the back of the shoe comes up unusually high on the back of my heel that made the shoe not feel comfortable. I was afraid after a long walk/run I would end up with a sore upper ankle so I returned the shoe.

I purchased these for my son and he loves them. This is his third pair.

I love this sneaker. Just ordered a second pair. I have struggled to find shoe to wear to work that does not hurt my feet. I work 10-12 hour shifts and my feet and legs hurt really bad. This is first shoe that I have no pain. Tried several much more expensive shoes which were all huge disappointments. Wish there were different color options but for the comfort at this point its not that important.

I initially ordered half a size larger based on reviews I read but ended up exchanging for my original size. I have wider feet than normal so I ordered the shoes in wide and am glad I did. Once I got the right size, the shoes feel comfy and seems to have good support.

Asics are my favorite and these were a great value!
