Loved the look, support, and cushioning of the gel insole. Unfortunately despite being a wide width I found the cut of the toe box too narrow and uncomfortable.

I have worn Asics for a long time, but for some reason this 8.5 had my big toe touching the end. Unusual.

I’m a supinator with bunions and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes, but I’ve had some luck with ASICS in the past. These were so wide, my foot slid around in the shoes no matter what socks I tried. I sent them back.

Like a few other reviewers, I found this shoe to be a bit smaller than expected, and much less wide than other wide athletic shoes I have worn. The camo pattern was much cuter than it looked in pics, which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, I did have to return them (as always, returns with Zappos are a breeze, and I will order a different pair of shoes).

I Definitely need wide shoes due to bunions. Loved these shoes except the "wides" are not cut wide! Unfortunately, had to return.

For me the shoe was too littel Ihave a wide foot due to diabetes and have bunions..I liked the look of the shoes I used to have a pair of Asics that looked just like these..I returned them lickedty split and it was so easy box them back in the box and take them to the UPS store down the street..I liked that I could understand them in my home as I have stairs and I have a great deal of trouble getting up and down stairs...Thank you for your fast service..

Unfortunately, I am returning. I ordered a wide, it said wide on shoe and box, but it was not cut wide. Liked everything else about these.

I bought both this pair and the Asics Gel-Venture 7 to try out. The Gel-Venture 6 is fine, but the 7 is much lighter, springier, and more comfortable, so I'd recommend that one instead!

Could never get this shoe to fit; tried different lacing styles and socks. Feet constantly slipped in shoe.

What Happened? I bought a pair of these back in November of 2018 - size 8 Wide and I felt they gave me pretty decent arch support and comfort to take long walks either on pavement or grass. It's now the end of June and since the current pair has some of the tread worn down, I felt I needed a new pair (after trying a few other brands again). Only available colors were the black and lime green (same as current) and the grey and pink. I opted for the grey and pink in exact same size and width, but after wearing for just ONE day, the balls of my feet and calves were killing me. I exchanged for the same pair, thinking maybe it's quality control. These are definitely not as wide as my first pair purchased back in November and tighter all around in the toebox area. Again, what the bleep is manufacturing doing? Shrinking shoes to save on cost? I'm getting really fed-up that there is such inconsistency.

I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing these because I have very high arches. While the arch support was ok, not great, my biggest complaint is how tight the top of the shoe is, even with loose laces. It made my feet hurt worse and am looking to go back to Brooks.

I agree with some of the other reviews that there isn't enough cushion in the toe box. Also...they're kind of ugly! At least in the color I bought...

I like these sneakers BUT my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist didn't like the tightness of the sneakers near my middle of my foot. They want me to get a sneaker with a wider "stance" near the middle of my foot.

ASICS just don’t cut it anymore. Quality, comfort and size have all gone down. Time to change brands.

SO COMFORTABLE but only for standing, because as soon as I walked in them my heels slipped while at the same time the ankle collar felt too tight. Super bummed out because until I walked in them they were the winners in my never ending search for sneakers. Perfect for supination tho.

I had a pair of Asics about 10 years ago that I really liked. When I tried these on they were so comfortable, I was so happy. But when I walked around the house, they were sliding up and down on my heel. No matter how tight I tied them they would slide up and down! What a disappointment. Maybe if the heel had more padding it wouldn't have bothered me as much, but not much padding at the Achilles area (and kind of high, too). So these had to go back. Maybe they would work for someone else, cause other than this they were comfortable.
