Great price and good support shoe. This shoe replaced old shoes and so far so good. The style and color are perfect BUT the shoe strings are way too long,other than that a great shoe. Comfortable for walking. I like that the shoe has gel which makes this shoe pretty much comfy !! Would order this brand again.

I'd been searching for replacements for my ancient Nike Scramble trail running shoes that I wear for daily fitness walks but are no longer made. The tread was gone to the point of a hole forming, but I could not find anything I liked. I happened to see these on Zappos for the ridiculous price of $33 so I thought why not. I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were right away, no break-in period required. I also appreciate the wide range of color choices including the Black/Island Blue/Pink that I got. I don't like flashy, bright colors and get frustrated at the fact that shoe manufacturers think all women want PINK shoes. These have only a touch of pink on the sole which is fine. Love these shoes and hope they hold up, but for $33 I can't complain at all! Thinking about getting another pair.

Loved these shoes! They are very comfortable and fit much better than the previous style ASICS I purchased from a department store. I actually had to return that pair. Great shoe for a great price! And love the fast shipping Zappos offers!

I am not a runner but I've found that Asics shoes feel the best on my plantar fasciitis feet. I wear them for walking and they feel comfortable and my feet feel supported. I have an insert that I put in some shoes for my plantar stuff, but I don't even need it in any of my Asics. I found these at a great price here as well. Good buy overall.

Unfortunately I had to guess on the comfort level of this shoe because it was too narrow and too small for me to even try to wear it. Sending it back & looking for another option.

The size I ordered fits perfectly, material feels very comfortable, and the most important thing is that I am able to use them inside the gym on the treadmill!!! Very pleased with my purchase

I've always loved asics, but the toe box on a medium width was too painful for me to wear. The Wide width is perfect. Glad I purchased them.

This is a comfortable, fairly stylish athletic shoe. It fits true to size and is easy to get used to. I think it will be perfectly suited to walking and use in the gym.

This is my 2nd pair of the Venture 6. I use them for walking and they have great support.

Instant comfort! I even added my orthotics and there was no change in fit or comfort.

I have to agree with the reviews for the "6" as opposed to earlier versions. The shoe is wider and maybe a tad longer than previous versions. I had ordered a 9.5 Wide and wore it for a few walks so could not return. I found it wider and sloppy on my foot after a few long walks. Had to wear thicker socks to adjust for size. I just received the 9.5 medium width and it fits my wide foot perfectly. Unless you have really wide feet, you may have the same result. The shoe itself is very supportive and has all the great features I love. This style is perfect for my 5K walks outdoors, uneven terrain and all weather.

You can never go wrong with Asics. Great quality, support and style. I just wish they would offer some pairs that didn't have neon colors. While I didn't keep this, I do recommend it.

I've owned this shoe in a previous version - and ordered these knowing they'd likely fit and figured they'd be fine if nothing else I ordered worked out. I only wish they would design running shoes for women that were a little more aesthetically pleasing. These are fine, but I wish there were another color besides the neon pink in the accent areas. Regarding fit, I have a very high arch, and many running shoes I try on (mostly New Balance or Asics) have the arch too forward on the shoe for my feet. This one hits pretty much in the right spot, so though they aren't the most cushioned shoes, they'll probably be keepers.

These fit rather well. Will wear them a little more before I use them outside. The wide has a very roomy toe box.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and have underpronation and have used Asics Gel Equation 8 for the last few years. I loved them! They stopped making them and I was hoping these would be a good replacement. Unfortunately, they are not. They are fine for short distances but they do not have much cushion. I will have keep searching for a replacement!

I wear an 8 to 8 1/2 Wide and went with an 8 in these. I find them very comfortable and ample width and length with wool socks for the winter. It looks as if these will be another good value from Asics. As always Zappo's service is phenomenal!

These shoes would be a winner, especially at this price. For normal feet, they'd be great. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis--there is some, but not enough arch support for my foot.

loved the shoes, but they ran a half of size bigger. so will re order. very comfortable..

I have a wide foot and the width on the wide shoe was perfect for me. The shoe itself is a bit stiff (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) but it is comfortable right out of the box. The shoe gives a lot of support. I've been on the treadmill a few times with them and it feels like the right amount of support.
