The shoes fit my wide foot comfortably and give adequate arch support.

Fit my foot well. Has a lot of support--ie it is more firm than squishy, which is great because I run in them. (while still being comfortable inside)

My wide toe and narrow heel will be happy hiking in these shoes. They felt right from the moment I put them on. I just wish the manufacturers didn't feel compelled to put bright colors on athletic shoes!

The Gel Venture 6 is my new favorite sneaker! I had purchased a pair at an athletic shoe store several months ago, and was super happy with the fit and comfort. I have neuromas in both feet and a high instep, which makes a lot of brands unwearable. This shoe is lightweight, yet supportive. I was delighted to see that Zappos carries them in several different color combinations. I am currently debating whether to order 1 in every color, because you never know when a sneaker style will be discontinued or replaced. In regular shoes I wear an 8.5 medium, but I always get a 9.5 in a sneaker, to allow for good socks.

These are by far the worst shoes I have ever worn. I have a problem with over-pronating. I usually wear New Balance but they changed their shoes so I decided to try something new. With New Balance I'm fine, great arch support. These have no arch support what so ever! I'm over-pronating worse than ever, my inner arch and ankle hurt, and the outside of my foot hurts as well. Also the left shoe painfully rubs the top of my foot. Unfortunately they felt fine around the house, it wasn't until I started breaking them in outside I started having these problems so I can't return them. Huge waste of money. I'm going to try buying inserts for them to see if that helps.

These are surprisingly very light. They are super comfortable. I’m keeping these!

These shoes were just what I wanted. I have worn ASICS athletic shoes for many years because they feel like they were custom made just for me

Great shoes for Knee problem wearers....used on treadmill which worked out fine. I like the style, fit and comfort offered by these shoes. Great value for the workout shoes.

These are very comfortable right out of the box.

I run a minimum of 1 1/2 miles every day with my dog. I’ve been wearing these for about a week and a half and they feel great! I wear a 7 1/2 wide, and the fit is perfect. And the charcoal/teal camo color is cute. Very happy with this shoe!

Great shoe, excellent support, comfort and fit

I couldn’t be happier with my ASICS! For one thing it’s been nigh unto impossible to find 11 1/2 sizes. So I have been wearing 11’s now for 60 years and my toes are permanently curved as a result! I have tried 12s but they are always way too big because I also have a very narrow foot. So, it’s possible I’d be even happier with an “A” width. But, in the meantime these shoes are fabulous!!!

Comfortable

Bought these shoes for my wife for Christmas and she has not taken them off yet. They are really comfortable and go great with just about anything. She has not complained about legs hurting like she did when she was wearing her older shoes. Great product. Will buy another pair when she wears these out.

Very comfortable and stylish sneaker

this shoe is very comfortable plus i like the black. i'm used to white.

The shoe was true to size with very good room in the toe cavity. I wear size 11M shoe, have ortho inserts and boxy shaped toe pattern and even with very athletic socks on my toes did not feel cramped in the toe cavity. While I have not worn these shoes for more than one hour, because I just received the shipment, they were instantly comfortable and I felt no rubbing on the sides of my feet nor the heel.

I own so many pairs of these shoes in different colors. These are my "go to" shoes for work (factory). Been wearing nothing but ASICS GELs for work for years. Comfort is SO important to me, and have found nothing better. They last so long and the price cant be beat. Love them!

I wasn't expecting a lot out of these shoes since the price was so reasonable, but I needed a new pair quickly. So the fact that they are comfortable and offer a decent amount of support for what I need, I am very happy with this purchase. I love it when low expectations are basically shot right out of the water. I hope I can have a repeat performance when I've worn these shoes out!

Nice comfortable walking shoes

I tend to agree with the reviews that suggest this shoe feels slightly large and is wider at the heel than other Asics. I put a Spenco insole in for extra support and the fit is good enough, so I kept them. They look great and even without the insert have good support. I usually wear a 7 to 7.5 in shoes, but in my past few pairs of Asics I have needed a size 8. When I compare this shoe to the Gel Venture 5, I can see that the Gel Venture 6 is just slightly larger. This shoe is a real bargain at the sale price, and I keep coming back to Asics because they are a superior shoe to all of the other popular brands I've tried (many of which were quite expensive but lacked quality).

It was a little narrower than my last pair.
