Only about a half size smaller tjan advertised, width is OK in the body but a little to narrow in the toe box. So if you wear a 11 1/2 d order a12 ee. This is better than other styles a have tired, they must be useing a shrinking Chinese foot at the factory to set the sizes. Some styles I have trired a 13 ee and still too small .

The shoes are great. They came in a couple of days, and cost less at Zappos than anywhere else. I usually try to buy whatever I can locally and support small businesses, but the truth is, even in a large metropolitan area like Washington, DC, it is hard to find my size shoes. Frequently, I have run into store clerks, who were rude and/or unhelpful. My experiences have led me to now go to Zappos first, rather than as a last resort.

Nice shoe, however, it does run small. It is shorter in length of shoes in general, and is shorter when compared to other ASICS products I own.

The shoes were okay. They had a good fit to my 11 1/2 size feet. The previous model Venture 5 seemed to give more arch support. (-) After a couple of hours my feet ache a bit. (-) The Shoelaces that came with the shoe looked nice but did not function. I had to keep retiring me shoes, maybe a couple of times every hour. I replaced them with regular flat type shoelaces that I bought at the 99c store. Those work much better.

Please note, I ended up returning these. First of all, I love the style and the color (I ordered the gray and blue ones). First I ordered an 8 4E, but surprisingly it was too small, so I ordered an 8.5 4E. Pros: Great design, fantastic arch support. It felt pretty good on my feet in that regard. Cons: Too narrow. My width is all in the toe box and any amount of pressure on my little toe usually ends badly. Also, in the 8.5, my big toe reached the end and my little toe was pressing on the side, but there was an entire finger-width strip at the front of the shoe that I could press on and there was nothing there... I would say that the shoe was the wrong shape for my foot. Bottom line: Order a half size up, and consider skipping this one if your width is in the toe box. Otherwise it's a great shoe. Just not the right one for me.

Felt no support around the ankles. They felt like a sprained ankle waiting to happen.

I've been wearing these shoes for years. I began with the 5 series. I have weak arches and have pain when a shoes arch fails. These shoes were lasting me 5-6 months. This past pair only last 2 months. The arch support is completely shot. If I could find a shoe that last longer, I wouldn't mind paying extra. The shoes may last someone with no feet problems longer.

i'm between a 9 and 1/2 and a 10. 9 and 1/2 was too short so i bought a 10, which ended up being too wide. Size and width may be okay if you really are a 10. I wore them on dry trails several days last week and they were comfortable. Last weekend I wore them on the same trail after a recent rain, The sole is too hard and slippery for wet rocks and trails, despite the advertised excellent traction. I'll keep looking for the perfect trail runner for wet conditions!!! nd the

Just felt very narrow of a shoe

I have the wrong size in this shoe....felt good when I bought it, now its not fitting good.....recent purchase of another shoe feels great. HELP ME OUT

These are adequate for non-competitive trail running, but they're somewhat clunky and heavy compared with shoes such as the defunct New Balance 1210, my shoe of choice for many years. I need a 4E, and both the width and height of the toe box are excellent.

The foot-beds are terrible. No arch support and they are not even wide enough to cover the bottom of the show, so one edge was always rubbing against the bottom of my foot. I replaced them with superfeet (which almost double the cost of this shoe) and now they are great.

Definitely smaller than advertised by a full half size. Not sure what changed as previous versions (and all my other ASICS) fit just fine.
