I have owned may shoes and most have never fit quite right. These are awesome. Perfect fit, no fatigue and super comfy.

I'm no longer a runner, but I find the Asics Gel Venture is an excellent fast walking shoe, with generally good support. I like the slightly higher weight of this shoe compared to other (and pricier) trail running shoes; these work equally well as a walking and casual shoe. Whatever textile Asics uses as lining material seems to wear much better than the linings of other brands I've tried. All in all, a good shoe.

Great shoe, so far only used it on the street and the treadmill but it has great cushion so should be just fine once I get to the trails.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!!!

This is my second order of the same shoe. I love it because it comes in extra-wide and it's durable. I walk in it all day long and my feet never get tired or sore. Plus it last a long time. I work at a horse farm and walk a lot.

As a cellar master at a winery I use these shoes exclusively to climb barrels, not run. The wide toe area, great grip, and lightweight make them perfect.

This is the only shoe I've used for the last 5 plus years, Started with the 5 now using the 6. Very comfortable and durable for trials.

The shoes are nice , no doubt , high traction quality seems decent but it's also only been a couple of weeks . We'll see how they perform after they've been worn for three months or if i'm going to have to throw them out like the rest of them. to put it in perpsective om 6 ' 1" about 245 # . I replaced the insoles with new balance high arch insoles since the stock ones don't quite have the support i need. Nice to walk on though. Took a couple of days for my feet to adjust but now they seem to be good. the only thing I don't like is that the inside of the shoe is slippery so when walking on steep terrain the foot slides around a lot. ope this heps someone

Awesome sneaker. Bring it back!! The gel venture 7 is not as good.

I've been wearing these shoes for years. They fit great and are real comfortable. My boot size is 10.5 wide. I have to buy these at 12 wide, but they fit great

Great pair of sneakers! I love the color and laces and bounce when running.

Perfect fit for someone with bad bunions and extra wide feet. Just wish the side stability was better.

I enjoyed my online purchase even though I normally purchase at the local sporting goods store.

My husband loves these shoes. He's on his 8th pair! He wears them daily and about every 6 months gets a new pair and retires the others for yard/mowing shoes!

It was not the shoe that is the issue. I have a current pair that needed replaced that I would have given 5 stars. However, this is nothing on your shoe labeling that shows the width of the shoe. I tried the 4E and just way to wide and lose fitting. I ordered a standard width to see if that is what I originally had.

I owe my life to these shoes. Each time I tried to run with an expensive pair of shoes... I failed. And then I bought these inexpensive shoes! My whole life changed afer that. I run in them, work in them...I just love these shoes and Asics!

To me these were a down grade. I have the gel venture 4 and 5. This model seems a little stiffer and fits a little looser than any other size 10 sneaker I own. They are also not made for why real hiking. They slide at the slightest sign of wet surface. Not bad for a casual shoe, but not made for any real sporting activity in my opinion.

My second pair. First pair lasted almost 5 years everyday wear outside. Not a runner, but I'm in mud a lot so need the tread. New pair is half size bigger than what I bought before and more comfortable. Love having 4E option. New Balance 4E too tight.

Comfortable with a nice, firm sole and stiff heel that is good for walking on rough, hilly roads.
