I overpronate and LOVED the ASICS Gel Exalt 3. I have several pairs of them. Sadly, whatever they did to "improve" the Gel Exalt 4 made it much, much worse for me. No padding, the size was off and just didn't work at all wrt to the overpronation. I've tried a different brand from Zappos. They look like giant moon shoes but they save my knees, so I'll take it. ASICS, don't mess with a good product!

I returned these shoes - they were not very supportive and too small even though I bought a 1/2 size larger. I also did not find them very attractive. I have very high arches and find it difficult to find comfortable shoes. These definitely did not work. I replaced them with Asics GT 2000 5 and I love them!

I have worn ASICS for several years. I ordered these in grey and they were very cute. Unfortunately they ran way smaller then any of the other styles. Had to send them back.

Meh... not my faves

Not the same as the Exalt 3! Something has changed in the foot bed. It does not seem to have as much cushion, and feels less supportive. I think the stability is still good, but I'm so sad about the loss of arch support. And, the shoe does not have a removable foot bed. They also run small, and maybe a tad more narrow. I actually called Zappos directly when I needed to exchange my usual size 8. They confirmed that Asics did make some changes to this shoe. I did keep them, because they are still a decent shoe. They are no longer a great shoe, though.

Super cute shoes but I am a size 11 1/2 and these were to small.

These fit WAY smaller than any other ASICS I've owned. The toe box especially felt snug. Will be exchanging for the next half size up.

Nice looking running shoe- zero arch support. Unfortunately, I put these on and wondered where the arch support was. They just fit very oddly. Going back... I'll stick with my usual Nike's.

This shoe was very frustrating for me. After reading the reviews stating that they run small I got a half size larger than I would normally wear. Turns out they were way too big! Toe box was huge. Second pair I ordered in my regular size and my big toe came right up against the end of the shoe. Very disappointed as they are really a nice looking shoe.

Thin padding inside of the shoe; not supportive. I have an older version of the shoe and I loved it. So, I ordered a the exact same shoe in the newer style. The shoe is nice. However, when you put your foot inside of the shoe and walk around, you immediately notice there is no decent padding for the bottom of your foot. Not a comfortable shoe.

Sneakers felt to tight and narrow. I am a true 8 medium.

Couldn't even get my foot into it! I have a pair of Asics that I have worn for 6 months straight...I walk around 10 miles a day...at least. Thought these looked similar ...because they are not making the ones I have anymore...really? These are not even close to the fit...although they look substantial ...if I could have gotten them on! Super small from my other size 10M. So sad:-(

toe box is small

I tried these as well as the saucony iso glide and underarmour speedform europa. Of the three, I prefer the appearance of this shoe and they felt the most stable (my foot felt firmly held in place -important for overpronation). However, there is what I would call a significant design flaw. Where the knit material on the front of the shoe meets the material along the arch, there is a large bump that was rubbing just trying the shoes on for a few minutes. I took them off and felt along the interior and it was obvious what was causing the discomfort. Perhaps, this could be broken in and soften over time, but the other two sneakers were comfortable right out of the box. This shoe was returned.

These are way too small. I bought a 9 but they fit more like a 8.5. Besides being tight this shoe is also very stiff.

O.K., I read all the reviews that warned about the small toe box, so I ordered a whole size larger. They are still too tight. Trying to decide if I want to try again or go with the same style I currently use.

Most uncomfortable shoe. It actually hurts. I've bought the Gel-Exalt style for years, but the 4s are the worst.
