I love these shorts, the soft fabric makes them so comfy to wear and the length is perfect. I normally wear a size 10 and that's what I got but could probably wear a size 8. I'm ordering another pair since I like them so much.

I am 48 years old 5'4, 138 and wanted a short that was flattering yet trendy. These shorts are wonderful. They are high enough on the waist to not show muffin top yet not too high to be "old lady" like. I ordered 3 colors.. I also ordered and LOVE Jag Somerset.

I absolutely love these shorts. It is sometimes difficult to find a cute, age appropriate (age 38) pair of shorts. There are super soft and I love how comfortable they are around the waist. The length is perfect. I would say that they fit pretty true to size.

Love these! Perfect length. I am mid 40's, 5'10, 155 pounds, size 8 typically, but went with size 10 in these. I have them in 2 other colors I adore them so much.

I adore these shorts! I am 5'10, 155 pounds, size 8. I ordered a 10 and prefer the fit of a 10. I think they run a tad small maybe. I love the flat waist, pull on style, especially for someone in my mid 40's. Love them! I have them in 2 other colors as well.

Just like the Jag Jeans full length pants, they created a pair of shorts so comfortable You'll want to order more than 1 pair. Soft fabric, easy care and pull on comfort. I suggest ordering 2 sizes to dial in the best fit. These don't shrink much.

Love these shorts! Purchased in white from another site and loved them so much had to buy them in another color. So comfortable with no hardware - just pull on. Very flattering as well.

I ordered these shorts and exchanged for the 8" length as the longer shorts looked better on me. They are very comfortable and wash well. I am normally a 6 and that's the size I ordered and the fit is perfect!

I was not prepared for how much I was going to like these shorts! Soft and comfortable fabric that feels cooler than denim shorts in the summer. The length was great--about mid-thigh on a 5'7" woman. I thought the elastic waist would be weird/would roll/would look dowdy, but it's pretty invisible as long as you're not tucking anything in (and who does that anymore?) They are my go-to for errands/activities where I would not wear a sundress and my gym shorts are not appropriate. I did size down one size since I am familiar with JAG sizing.

I ordered 3 pairs of the Jag Ainsley shorts based on all the great reviews. The white and navy shorts in my regular size 6 fit great and I really like them. I also purchased the denim shorts and they were too big, so I am going to try a size 4 in the denim. Overall, these are really great shorts, true to size and a nice length that is not too short, but not matronly, that is hard to find!

These shorts are the best! The waistband is comfortable, and the shorts are stylish — no one would ever know they are pull-on. I am never wearing any other shorts, and I can't wait to get pants when the cooler weather arrives. The only complaint I have about this Jungle Palm color is that it is much, much darker than what's pictured here. I thought I was getting a mid-tone color that was kissing cousins with khaki, but instead I got a dark olive green. It's a nice neutral and I like it — it's just not the color I thought I was getting.

Since I discovered these shorts I have been buying more. They are a nice material and they fit well.

These are great shorts and extremely comfortable. I sent mine back for the 8" length though (I am almost 60) and went down from a size 2 to a 0. The zero fit perfectly, and they have a nice stretch that makes them comfortable even if you are sitting for a long time. I have not washed them yet, so I am hoping they do not shrink. Just for reference, I weigh 103 pounds at 5'4" and size zero is perfect.

Highly recommend. Best shorts I have ever owned. They look exactly like regular button/zip khaki shorts, but don’t dig into your stomach. I bought white and khaki, and might be buying more.

I have spent a year looking for 5” shorts that fit my waist and my hips. I found these one day and decided to try them. They are the most amazing shorts I have ever worn. They are soft and comfortable. They look exactly like regular shorts, have pockets, and you would never be able to tell they have a wide elastic band. I am glad I bought two pair-one white and one khaki.

Very comfortable, perfect length and do not ride up in the thighs like most other shorts! I'm buying these in another color too.

Great shorts - good length 5". 5'2"/120lbs with chubby thighs and a big booty :) and the size 4 fit perfectly. I have a very small waist but they were still great. Would buy again.
