I ordered these with such high hopes. They are my size but must run so small. They were also super narrow. I've always had a narrow foot but these were way too tight. Definitely order a half or even full size up and reconsider if your foot is slightly wide. Too bad too because I thought they were super cute.

I love New Balance but the sizing on this shoe is a total misfire, I ordered a half size up after reading the reviews - yet they still squeezed and pinched at the width at the toe box ( I have a medium-narrow foot width). Very strange. I'll just return these and order another NB style.

I usually wear a 9 1/2 in Nike brand and most other brands. Ordered a 10 in these based on the reviews and they were still very tight. I would say they run at least a whole size too small.

Received my shoes today, and they are too small. I always always wear a 7.5 unless the shoe isn't sized properly. My toes all touched the end of this shoe in the 7.5. Save yourself the trouble and ORDER A HALF SIZE UP. I have just ordered the 8 today. The shoe does seem narrow, so if you have wide feet, this may be an issue in medium width. Other than sizing, the shoe is beautiful and stylish! The charcoal grey seems a little more blue than pictured. When I first opened the box, I thought they had sent the wrong color. I thought it was navy, but when I put it in different lighting, I saw that it was charcoal. It is a blueish charcoal color though. All in all, order one half size up and you will love these shoes!

good shoes but too narrow for me

This is such a good looking shoe, and I really wanted it to work for me, but the sizing in both length and width is way off. I've worn New Balance shoes for years, and my usual size is 8.5, and varies between a narrow and medium width. I could barely wedge my feet into an 8.5 medium, so I tried a 9.5 medium and that was too long and too wide at the heel, but still quite snug in the toe box. Also, the laces are stretchy, but stationary, in that they are sewed into the shoe itself, which makes it impossible to lace the shoe tighter. I'm going to have to give up on this good looking shoe, but thankfully Zappo's is great about returns! Thumbs down on this shoe, thumbs up to Zappos!

Thought they would be cuter than they were. The part on top by the toes was almost plasticky.

I wanted to love these so much but just couldn't due to fit! They not only run a half size small but are very narrow in the toe box. I ordered two different sizes in the pink and mushroom. While I loved the color of both, they were way to tight in toe box. I wore them around the house for days. I do not have a narrow foot but not wide by any means. Super super cute but super tight. I'd recommend to someone with a narrow foot. Sadly sending these back.

Love the look of these but wish I had ordered a half-size larger. I'm at 7.5 in just about every shoe but these are super snug. OK without socks but if I try to wear them with socks my feet feel like they are suffocating.

I was looking for a great blush casual sneaker for the fall. This disappointed. I thought the shoelace feature would be a nice, easy casual look, but it was too loose and made my foot look very wide. Overall, I thought my grandma may like this but certainly not me.

Really cute shoe, but they really are extremely narrow at the toebox, making me feel like I'm getting bunions after 10 minutes of walking in them. I ordered a whole size larger than my normal size, and that fit the length of my foot, and thought I could deal with the narrowness, but some things aren't meant to be. Unless you have super narrow feet, or like wearing shoes that act as funnels, I suggest you take everyone's advice and move on to another pair of sneakers! These are going to the salvation army.

No way to loosen the laces. I couldn’t even get these on my feet.

Got these in mushroom color, unfortunately the fabric over the toe was really weird & almost like thicker tech fabric. I can't imagine that they would last very long.
