Wore to my son's wedding. Comfy for short stints, but my arthritic feet not happy with the heel. I wear them occasionally, but only when I need to dress it up a bit.

I love these shoes. They are attractive, comfortable, and provide sufficient arch support. However, I have to return them because the back, heel strap is much too short.

Loved the shoe; hated the fit. The shoe is comfortable and looks great. The fit was odd; the left shoe fit perfectly; the right shoe felt wider. I would have attributed this to my feet, but this is the first time it has happened to me. I love the look of the shoe, and its comfort, so I am ordering another pair; same size and width.

My size is now a 6 1/2 wide, with a few problems that make fit and comfort a challenge. This shoe actually fits both feet well with the adjustable strap. Also, it is attractive and covers all of the imperfections with the strap placements. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is that I’ve only worn it around the house. Hopefully it will be wonderful when I wear it for hours at a time at real life events. Thank you, Zappo’s for carrying shoes for wider feet.

So disappointed that these didn’t work. I could tell how comfortable they would have been but the narrows were too wide. Wish so much they came in slims, SAS please cut more shoes in slim.

Despite the fact that I did not give these sandals a five-star review I am thrilled and that is because my very narrow, very thin foot is difficult to fit. SAS Shoes and Naturalizer fit me well enough to make them work, though I almost always have to use inserts, as I possibly will with this pair. They arrived today, so that remains to be seen. However, they are comfortable, are stylish and feminine, and the heel isn't too high. Honestly, I was wondering if I was going to have to save up for custom-made shoes. What really pleased me was getting the shoes overnight as I have a special occasion coming up and now I don't have to worry. Zappos has certainly won me over. I'm a believer now.

These shoes feel like they were made for my foot - comfortable and supportive. I need arch support and these shoes provide it. I wore them for several hours and walked a fair amount and was comfortable at all times. And they are presentable too! It is difficult to find a shoe with heels that also provides support but these do just that..

This shoe feels like it was made for my foot. They just arrived and I hope they keep on feeling like that. I have a problem with weak turned in ankles and with this arch support I am hopeful that I will be able to walk more comfortably. And while they feel like orthopedic shoes they look quite presentable.

I have "foot issues" (bunions, very long 3rd and 4th toes); this was my first time trying SAS. The foot bed felt absolutely heavenly, the most comfortable of the 7 pair of sandals I tried. However, the 9 (my normal size) was just a tad short, and the ends of my toes were hanging off the end of the sandal. I'm going to try a half size larger.

Love, love, love this shoe. There is a supportive food bed and arch that doesn't look too bad for a wide width sandal. You cant really tell when they are on. Besides who looks that closely at shoes and it will be worth is if they are as comfortable for all day as they are wearing around the house. It is the only time I have seen this.. I haven't actually worn them anywhere yet but I can't wait for the weather to warm up to take them for a spin outside. I just hope they hold up and are durable.

I was looking for an attractive and supportive dressy black shoe, but this one misses the mark on support. The heel needs to be a bit bigger/higher as the design gave a feeling of instability.

The 11W fit me perfectly (I was truly amazed!! I'm a 10.5-11 W with a high instep. Cute style for SAS, nice leather and super comfy, supportive insole. So why am I immediately RETURNING them?? The leather straps have "raw" edges and there were a few tiny strings already forming. What the heck??? These will look worn and terrible in no time. Not at this price. You've GOT to be kidding me!!! I was not pleased.Thank you to Zappos for making the return process easy and FREE.

Beautiful leather! Size and fit were excellent! It's just that the heel base didn't seem supportive enough- Needs a chunkier heel or a wedge heel (feels wobbly).

Love the style of this shoe. The fit was great too. The only problems were the straps rubbing around my ankles and the back of my heels. Bummer.

Overall, I like the the uppers and insole of these shoes, but dislike the heel. First the bad: the heel feels weirdly unstable for a block heel. I buy only low-to-mid height block heels for both safety and comfort, and my feet usually feel firmly planted in them. The heels on these shoes, however, tend to allow too much wobbling and rolling. I think that is both because the heel is rather soft/squishy, and because its inwardly-curved shape is narrower at the bottom than a simple, straight-sided block heel. I also find the heel shape and material rather unattractive. Now the good: the upper has a nice style. I ordered it in beige, and the color that is similar to my skin tone together with the position of the crossing straps have a leg-lengthening visual effect. The insole works great for me. It has a good balance of firmness and cushion, and far better arch support than any other similar shoe I've tried.

love these shoes but they run at least 1/2 size small,

I wear a 9.5 narrow. I ordered this in my standard size and it's way too wide. So cute and stylish but I have to return it.

Nice shoe, but too wide...

Well constructed but old fashioned looking. Wobbly under the heel, returned!

These shoes just rubbed around the toes and ankle area too much. I returned them.

Color is closer to a red-orange, nor a fire engine red depicted. Very comfortable shoe.
