I am a fan of Ecco shoes so I was surprised to find that this shoe just didn’t seem to fit. It seemed short and a little wide in the body of the shoe. I did like the front coming up so high but the top seemed a little stiff. It is a beautiful grey though and if it fits I think it would be a nice bootie.

Cute little shoe. returned because they slipped just enough to be annoying. Also, you can feel the bumps on the sole when walking.

Shoes are very cute. Unfortunately I wore them without socks the first time, they dug into my ankle/heal and badly rubbed off the skin. I wanted to wear them travelling the next day, so I covered the oozy holes and wore socks. They were fine and quite comfortable for the trip. Wear socks!

I was really hoping these shoes would work but I am normally a size 6 and ordered the 37s. They felt a big so I ordered the 36 and this felt too small - they were hitting my heels in the wrong places. I was pretty bummed as the support felt great and the quality was really nice but sadly I ended up returning both pairs. Thank you Zappos for the great customer service and easy return experience!

I loved the look of these shoes and am disappointed I have to return them. First of all, while the front of the shoe fit, the heels were so large that keeping them on my feet was a challenge. Second, the innersoles were so hard my feet hurt. Lastly, the zippers were difficult and I had no faith they would work well long turn because they required careful handling to get them to zip and unzip.

Ouch! Got a major blister on left heel. The heel of the shoe has a spot in the heel where, the top soft leather stops and the very hard inner liner of the shoe starts in a horizontal seem, that seem rubs on the heel. Not sure why the heels are so hard but they are not comfortable. The insoles are rubber, which make your feet sweat and they are not soft or comfortable. Very disappointed in this Ecco shoe, poorly made, uncomfortable and rubber insoles yet expensive. Only redeeming feature is that they are cute, but not sure I can wear them.

I wish I knew! Zappos has USPS do the delivery and they claimed it was delivered but there was no locker jey or ability to access any delivery from our community mailbox- they told me to call Post Office, and they are not open on Sundays and I needed the shoes for a trip by tomorrow- they refunded me the shie price but it still leaves me without the shoes and no one (brick and mortar store) has a pair in my size! Please do not use USPS for deliveries ir at least tell them to delver to my doorstep! Frustrated….

It was obvious that the shoes had been tried on multiple times by multiple people as there were creases on the top of the shoes where the feet would bend. There was a bump on the inside on the back area which made the shoes very uncomfortable to wear. I'm returning them.

I really wanted to love these, but they were way too tight (narrow) and short. I normally wear a normal width size 10, so I ordered the size 41. Unfortunately, they were just too small. They did have excellent arch support, and I was sad to have to send them back.

I love them but the suede on this pair looked damaged

fit and size were accurate, but the pebbled look of the leather was not to my taste.

These are so cute and I really, really wanted to keep them. But I couldn't get the zipper pulled all the way up. I think they are just cut too narrow around the top edge. Sadly, I am returning them.

The cognac color was too orange for me! I would have liked them in black but not for $170. These were on sale for $120 but I returned them.

So comfy and style was SO cute...but take these black shoes out in the sunlight and they turn PURPLE. They don’t stay a true black. So sad...I had to return for that reason. Wanted so badly to keep them otherwise! Will try another color.

This is the second pair of this shoe that Zappos sent with defects in the leather,i.e spots discoloration/scuff marks. I am returning them and will purchase this bootie from another retailer.

I so wish these would work, absolutely adorable, however I’m a true 8 1/2, the 39 was way short and the 40 was too long and wide. So disappointed!

This shoe in the store fit fine (made in Indonesia) this shoe in this color made in Slovakia had odd heel problems and are being sent back. I have the zip style that is not a bootie and fits as expected. Something is odd in this design as the heel just rubs in all the wrong places. I have seen this before that shoes of the same style vary depending on country of manufacture. And being that this was sold out, the had one available, I suspect its been returned before due to this heel issue. too bad, liked the shoe

These are too narrow. Second pair of Eccos that don't fit because of width. Also, there's an indent in the heel, around where the logo tag is located, that jutted into my heel (both shoes). Would cause a blister in minutes.

These are more narrow that other ECCO shoes. Too bad because they are cute!

The 7-7.5 size was too big; large gap inside of ankle.

I need to reeturn these becuse they don't fit my feet-- too small even though i have alwasy worn a 39 in Ecco shoes.

Very uncomfortable - the length was right but the width was too narrow and wouldn’t even zip.

If you have problems with toes, there isn't enough height

These shoes have been worn before. They are scuffed.
