Did not try these on, they are exceptionally unattractive. For me, anyway. I would sooner wear my waterproof hiking boots, at least they’re more attractive. Ecco. What?

Runs slightly shorter than other Ecco shoes I have. Returning.

The length was true to size, but ran a little narrow and rubbed on the inside of my foot.

These run small and were tight around the heel. Had to return. I have slim and narrow feet so it surprised me that these fit this way.

I had asked for 2 ECCO soft 7 low cut zip booties, one in size 39 and another of the exact same bootie in 38. The size 38 bootie sent to me was CAMPERS, not ECCO. This review is for the CAMPER, not ECCO.I will return it and ask for the ECCO in size 38.

I ordered two soft 7 styles. Both size 39. One two small and one too large. Have worn echos for years. Sizes have always been consistent, style to style. Wry disappointing.

Love this shoe and have another pair in a different color/material, but on these the left zipper didn't close all the way over my foot and since it wasn't locked in it pulled open a little bit as a stepped. So I marked them as 'too small' but the actual shoe fit fine for me (size 10)

These run really short to the point where I could not put my foot all the way into the shoe. I purchased a 43 & wished there was a next size up because fashion wise , I loved them!

First of all, I ordered the rose (light pink) and what I got was grey, not a hint of pink. Secondly, they were so narrow, I could hardly stick my foot inside. I have normal width. They look good but I wish they would have a pink like the picture online. Also, built a bit wider, so I can wear socks in the winter.

Much bigger and wider than my other Ecco sneakers. Have several pairs in size 38 but this one feels a full size longer and wider. My usual size is 7-7.5, 38.

The left shoe fit great, the right shoe felt one size larger. I even checked inside the shoe to see if I got a mixed sized pair. Nope, supposedly the same size, but definitely the right shoe is larger. Cute shoes though.

I liked the look but they felt too small and the ankle back rubbed against my heel. They didn’t feel very comfortable either - not a lot of support. The Danskos I ordered were much more comfortable. Too bad because they are really cute.

A year ago I purchased the same shoe but in Black. The shoe was made in Slovakia instead of Thailand. What a difference - and not to the positive!! First, the shoe runs much smaller, which is ok since a European 41 is large on my foot. Second, the comfort is not the same, with the inside material being harder vs. more cushy. Sorry to see ECCO going the way of other shoe brands - sending to Asia where the quality of materials has been cheapened and the sizing changed to be smaller than expected. Not worth the price anymore.

First of all, thank you, Zappos for sending and accepting the many returns of my attempts to find shoes that don't hurt my feet. These booties are my last effort this winter. I'm disappointed that they have a built-in arch support which is extremely uncomfortable. Why makers of shoes, boots, and booties--especially those that are rather pricey--assume this is a good thing I don't know. I had read that the insole was removable, which it is, but the arch support is not. On a positive note, they are cute, soft, a size 38 fit my size 7 perfectly, and, other than the arch support, very comfortable. Back they go....

Love the look and comfortable for the most part. However, the shoe itself (not the insole) seems to have a bump under the ball of the foot that aggravated my Morton's Neuroma. Returning.

Very cute shoe, however the length seems short, and I think if I sized up the shoe would be too wide.

I gotta tell ya' I wanted these sneaks to work so much, and it is just not happening. They feel like a full size too small. I can wear Ecco's about half the time - sometimes I just can't make it work. These puppies are ridiculous. Darn shame.

This is a fantastic shoe in terms of comfort. Well-made with surprisingly good support. I found the style dull, The leather overprocessed looking, too shiny.

I wanted to love these. I ordered them in the shale/powder thinking they were grey. They look brown in some light and grey in other light. They seem a tad bit short, and the sole has little padding on the ball of the foot; I doubt I would want to do a lot of walking in them. They are also pretty shallow in the toe area and the top of the shoe rubs on my toe joints. I also have one perpetually swollen ankle from an injury and they look pretty hideous on that fat ankle. They are very cute and I would be tempted to keep them and suffer through if they weren't so expensive. Sadly, they are going back.

Sharp looking boot shoe. I felt is was narrower than it should be for winter socks. Did not like fit at all. Not true to Ecco. I have many Ecco shoes and boots. My favorite brand but this shoe doe not make the mark. It must go back. I will keep trying.

Very cute, but felt like the right and left shoe fit very differently.

Super cute !!! Love this bootie with zipper, simple but cute, beautiful colors. But the area under the toes is so thin, I can feel the floor when I walk, which is uncomfortable. Really wanted these to work, but just dont have a good sole and insole.

It is a beautiful shoe and would probably be comfortable if you get it in the right size. I bought a size 11 M. It was too narrow and too short. The last time I bought a pair of ECCOs from Macy's I ordered 11 M. They were too big! I might order them in a larger size but the sizing is not reliable.

Loved how these looked, but they were at least a half size smaller so had to send them back. I wear a size 12M. Size 43 is supposed to be 12-12.5 but these were not larger than 11.5. Plus the toe box height was too short so it rubbed on top of toes.
