I've worn these shoes for years and hope SAS never stops making them. The factory supplied insole (especially for a shoe this expensive) is thin and cheap but that issue is easily resolved with aftermarket insoles.

The SAS Journey Mesh shoe has been been a good performer since I have purchased them over one year ago. Comfort, durability, and performance goals are unmatched in this price range. These shoes stay tied due to the knobby design of the shoe strings. Light reflecting strips added to this shoe really add extra safety during night travel. You will like just about everything these shoes have to offer! Did I mention made in the good old USA?

This is about the 4th or 5th pair of these shoes I have purchased from Zappos. Great service, comfortable sneakers!

Great shoes for a middle aged dad.

I have been buying and weaing SAS shoes (various styles) for over 30 years. The sizes are always true. They come in various combinations of length and width unlike many other brands of athletic shoes. The quality is the higest and well worth the price. Been wearing Journey style for walking about 20 miles a week for several years and they always feel good and hold up to the mileage. love the look. Can't see wearing anyother brand. Buying from Zappos gets the best price and free shipping. A win-win if ever there was one.

They fit just as the last pair did, perfectly. SAS costs more, but you get what you pay for; and unlike Nike, it's not slave labor crap quality or as I call it, "the shaft"...which is refreshing.

Great, supportive shoes with excellent arch support and good lateral stability. I've worn these frequently over the last 6 months and they have held up well. Bonus is that they certainly do not fit the stereotype of old man shoes that sometimes seem to describe SAS.

The fit of these is great. I wear orthotic insoles with no problems. Very comfortable. The SAS Journey Mesh is worth every cent of their price. Previously purchased other SAS styles and have found them all to be extremely comfortable. Will continue to buy this brand (Size 15 EE) for their fit.

I've been using this same model shoe for 15 years or so. I wear them outside gardening, hiking etc, using last pair 2 years. and they never self destruct. Just ugly. i have at least 3 old pairs. This pair came from zappos.
