This is the second pair of these shoes that I have had. Other than the fact that the heels wear out to quickly, I like them. That said, because they wear out so fast, I won't buy another pair. They are an expensive shoe, and I want better wear for my money.

Paid over $450 for this and a pair for me. Discomfort after the third day was horrible for both of us. Tried to return them tonight just to find out the only way they can be returned is if they haven’t been worn. Really disappointed

The size, width and support are excellent. I am returning them because the leather was worn in several spots on both sneakers. Look like used sneakers.

Everything about this shoe is okay, however, the grey color isn't what I expected. Thought it would be darker. So, although comfort, style, size, width and support were very good, it's the color that got a 1 star in overall category. Returning this shoe, but will order the black leather version.

OMG this had never happened to me! I ordered medium width for my size & when I opened the box this is what I found (photo), right one is medium left one wide!!! Zappo’s rep was very apologetic & gave me a refund right away with a $35 credit. But what a waste of my time, now I have to go over the whole process again to find new shoes not to mention I really needed these this weekend!
