This is the first pair of shoes that I've purchased from you that are not comfortable. Not having the the tri-pad inside sole is the main reason why I find them uncomfortable.

I have worn this style of shoe for many years. When I ordered the shoe in the same size, it did not fit properly. I will have to locate a store for future purchases.

The shoes were stiff, especially the toe area. All in all they were very uncomfortable and I sent them back. All my shoes are SAS and I think this is only pair I have had a problem with.

I am a big fan of SAS shoes. I own 8 pairs. Unfortunately, these gave me a callous n the side of my foot. Perhaps the Company or someone can tell me how to soften interior leather.

I loved the pair I have but they are no longer wearable because of the elastic at the buckles. The elastic was the first thing to deteriorate, leaving me with a pair of useless sandals. SAS, please make them with a leather spacer (or none at all) instead of elastic and I'll buy them again.

This is my first pair of SAS shoes and having diabetic neuropathy, I have finally found a pair of shoes that are like standing on marshmallows I must say. But being a flip flop kind of gal I went for these and the are the slipperiest shoes ever and the way that the buckle is at the part that goes through your toes, I have now some serious callouses on my toes up there and I literally have walked out of these shoes and almost fallen, numerous times. For standing, they are great but that buckle could be eliminated, like it is in the men's version and it would help.

Great shoe and very comfortable foot bed but the sides came up too far and cut into my ankle bone. Needs to have a softer or more pliable material for around the ankle.

Love the multiple adjustable velcro straps. The insole has light arch support, not aggressive. Sandal is flexible and light. Pricey but when your feet are happy....

Great sandal! I bought the 9.5 wide in Truffle and took it as my primary shoe for two weeks in Europe without only one day's dry run. Having it be fully adjustable in all dimensions was a godsend, and it was incredibly comfortable. I felt the tiniest irritation from one of the buckles, so I proactively put a small bandaid on that spot each day and had no trouble. I scuffed them up a bit, but cobblestones will do that - and I was impressed at how sturdy the sandal was overall. When I returned, I bought some sandal cleaning wipes, intensely cleaned and wiped down the footbed, and they look great. I am so thrilled these worked out - absolutely worth the cost. They're not a stylish shoe, but much better than being limited from being in pain.

Color, fit, style and price is great.

They feel good on my feet. I have a narrow heel & many shoes do not come in narrow.
