I think I'm going to love this one. Almost didn't order it thinking it would be way too dorky. But it really doesn't look at all bad on the foot! The nice leather holds my feet well, which I need because I pronate. I ordered a 5.5WW (I know..ugh) but it fit pretty perfectly.

I purchased these SAS sandles for my 90 year old Mom. One foot is bigger than the other. Unfortunately, even adjusting the straps, we could not get a good, comfortable fit. I must say we were very disappointed, because these shoes are very soft, and very well made. I am returning them, but I will highly recommend them.

They were too wide...straps did not hug my foot...or maybe that's how they are supposed to fit. A slim size would fit perfect, but I guess they are not available in slim. Disappointed they did not fit.

Have 4 pairs of Huggy sandals. Very comfortable for my wide aged feet. The elastic at the buckle does eventually stretch and fray but I had it replaced by a reputable shoe repairman( for a reasonable cost)and the shoes were like "new" again. Perhaps an improved design / stronger elastic would prevent this issue.

The color is great and the fit. It was the inside rub points where the straps connect with the velcro that were scratching the top of my foot and the outside of my lower ankle. I think it's the stitching. I didn't want to keep them in case they didn't soften up. I wish these could be as soft as the Relaxed Teddy.

This is my staple sandal I've been getting for over 20 years. I took one star off for lack of color variation in this style. I was hoping for maybe gold or something like that by now. I got my usual sand color. These are very comfortable walk miles in them kind of sandals. I normally wear an 8-81/2 in other shoes and I always get an 8 W in these. My feet are medium wide not super wide. The straps are adjustable but when I get the wide I just keep in on the way it comes. Love these sandals but please make more colors and patterns. Like gold silver snake etc

SAS is supposedly one of the most comfortable shoes out there so based on other reviews I thought I would give them a try. The sole was not that soft to me, I have hardly any cushioning on the bottom of my feet. More importantly, there was not a significant arch support in these shoes - especially for the price. I kept trying to like them but they were not comfortable enough to keep. I wear a women's size 11.5 - 12 and have a narrow foot. They were adjustable so that was nice. Bummed they were not as comfortable for me as reviews as said.

Great shoe and beautiful chocolate brown color, especially love the suede. I just have the worst feet in the world, at age 93, no shoes are ever as comfortable for me as they are for others. SAS is a great shoe and Zappos is the best place to buy, wish I had better feet.

Buckle on one side of one shoe digs into top of foot. Insole not as padded as I would like. Can Wear part of day, but not all day.

I do love the look but after standing for some time, they got a little uncomfortable. My feet swell so I need more space but the Velcro strap is too short to adjust to comfort. I'm hoping once I break them in they'll be more comfortable. I have a hard time finding a comfortable shoe. Initially this shoe was comfortable

I love SAS Huggies sandals! I have small hard to fit feet. Because of a bunion on one foot, hammer toes on both feet, fallen arches, and lots of ugly toenails, it is very difficult to find a sandal that is comfortable, attractive, and made in my size. My SAS Huggies fit that bill wonderfully. Over the years, I have bought many pairs of them, and this purchase, along with two other pairs were to help replace and supplement my existing pairs that are beginning to sag and stretch out. These sandals are almost perfect. I wish they wouldn't sag and stretch out, but I cannot complain because that's what good leather does. I also wish that there was a way to wear my inserts with them, but I have no open shoes that will keep inserts in. Lastly, I am noticing that over the years the price of the Huggies keeps creeping up, and I would love to see them on sale occasionally. In spite of my concerns about these shoes, I continue to buy and wear them. They are wonderful, comfortable, attractive shoes.

I love the amount of padding in the sandals and it is a cute shoe. It is a more casual style than I usually purchase. The leather straps across the top are not as comfortable for me as I had read in the reviews. However, my feet require a lot of softness now that I have reached 70.

The SAS Huggy in truffle and in navy/beige are lovely. Not at all frumpy, which I thought might be the case. They give nice coverage of the foot and are quite attractive. Extremely comfortable. So disappointed they did not work for me. I wore them in the house for about an hour, and I could feel the pain in my arthritic knees and hips right away. It is because the footbed is not totally flat like Vionics or Skechers. The slight elevation (no more than 1/4 of an inch)was enough to throw me off. SAS leather is so soft that they do not irritate any part of my feet, and I have many issues. I was so happy to see them in a narrow width, but SAS narrows fit more like a medium (not as wide as Vionics though). The adjustable straps do not adjust quite enough but I would have kept them if it were not for the problem with my knees. So disappointed I have to return.

The Huggies I just bought online are very different from my other Huggies. As another review mentioned, the width is the same but the strap across the middle will barely meet the Velcro. I can't figure out what is wrong; they look the same same but sure don't feel the same. The sole is not as cushioned, either. I am disappointed in them.

Beautiful shoe, but forefoot is VERY flat so my mom said the ball of her feet and toes were slipping all over the place, so it felt very unsteady - not good for her at 81 with neuropathy. A toe bump like Birkenstocks, or even a slightly rounded up edge would've helped. But it was great to find a size 10.5 when most brands skip right to an 11, and the wide width was perfect, the arch was the right height for her and all the velcro allowed her to adjust the fit, and the shoe doesn't look old-fashioned, orthopedic or tacky with all that velcro -- absolutly gorgeous, and lovely leather. Returned.

Used to be 5 Star. Not same quality. Purchased from the start. Use to buy every other year. Now have to buy every year. Soon twice a year? Added this year's shoe early this spring. Foot bed already feels like starting to break down. Sandal looks like new! Why can't you make a foot bed that lasts.

For some reason these new SAS sandals don't fit as well as my old SAS sandals. The heel strap keeps sliding off my heel and sometimes I notice discomfort after wearing them for several hours.

I wore these sandals for many years alomost without taking them off, but the last pair I purchased, same size & wide width as always, had change the strap lengths just enough so that the strap closures continued to slip apart on a regular basis. Very irritating and disappointing. Saving on leather in the manufacturing process?

This looked like it would be great, especially listening to good reviews. Sadly, the top critical review won out: it's a wide sandal, and adjusting the straps barely snugs the foot in. Also, it seems to catapult the foot forward when walking.....not for me.

These shoes are really beautiful and well made. They were stylish and modern looking. I loved the tan color. But even though the shoes were size nerrow, there was no way to tighten the strap over my arch to make them fit on my narrow foot. Sadly, I had to sent them back.

buckle on the side of heel was annoying and rubbed. otherwise the sandals were comfortable, but the feeling of rubbing made me think I would get a blister or sore spot, so back they go.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

These are very comfortable sandals. Its hard to find narrow shoes and I was happy to find a narrow. I really need a slim, which is very difficult to find, but am able to adjust width with velcro straps. However, the straps are too long and the velcro not long enough. I am keeping them and will try to figure it out. I purchased a 10 N
