I have a high instep and the straps on these didn’t even come close to being long enough for me!! Too bad I’ll avoid this brand in the future.

This sandals looked and felt great. However, the ankle strap was too short so that I couldn't really close it properly. This was true on both the W and the WW size, both of which I purchased. I had to return both.

This is my first pair of SAS shoes and having diabetic neuropathy, I have finally found a pair of shoes that are like standing on marshmallows I must say. But being a flip flop kind of gal I went for these and the are the slipperiest shoes ever and the way that the buckle is at the part that goes through your toes, I have now some serious callouses on my toes up there and I literally have walked out of these shoes and almost fallen, numerous times. For standing, they are great but that buckle could be eliminated, like it is in the men's version and it would help.

It doesn't come in 12 slim so I tried it in size 12 narrow. It was much too wide and gave me no support. It even looks too wide.

Great shoe and very comfortable foot bed but the sides came up too far and cut into my ankle bone. Needs to have a softer or more pliable material for around the ankle.

The fit and size are perfect. The soles squeak on wood floors. I have tried to relieve this problem with what I found on the internet....roughing up the soles or rubbing them with dryer sheets. So far, roughing them up has not worked and dryer sheets work until you walk on a rug.
I would return them in a heart beat if I could.

These shoes were an odd fit. I ordered these in a wide. The footbed felt amazing and hugged my foot great. The problem was the straps fitting. They were way too short. They are Velcro closures, so are adjustable. But, they seem like they are the same straps for a regular shoe width put on a wide she bed and so when they closed 1/2 the Velcro shoes and looked bad. I wanted to like them, but they got returned.

I tried this shoe in blue, 10.5. Upon walking, the right shoe seemed to allow my right foot to fall over onto the right side of the shoe. I couldn't correct this. The left shoe was fine with good fit all around. Returned.
Note: With brand after brand of shoe, either my right foot has grown, or the manufacturers are cutting back on materials causing their shoes to run smaller this year 2019.
