Bought these for full day, long, hot walks, on European sidewalks, many of which are cobblestones. I have foot issues, so I wanted a sandal with 3-strap adjustable closure, an open design for coolness, with padded footbed. They're comfy right out of the box. They're a little "heavy", so I plan to wear them on the plane, to lessen the weight of my suitcase.

Even wtihout the strap adjustments, this shoe fits my high arched picky feet and feels very comfortable. Now it's a decision of color....

seems very comfortable but looked clunky on my foot, which is a little wide, probably fine for a narrow foot. sent it back, will try another.

The fit was fine & the sandals were very comfortable -- but-- the straps for the white sandal had a glittery stripe which was not obvious in the pictures. I planned to wear the shoes for daytime activities & did not like the glitter or feel it was appropriate. YMMV.

SAS has never let me down! Comfortable, nice quality construction, attractive. Great neutral color with a hint of sparkle.

I'm so excited to find an 11.5 Narrow in a sandal! Thank you SAS and Zappos! Not only that, but these are actually pretty with a bit of gold on them. Only negative is I wish the insole was a bit cushier, still, they will do fine especially compared to the many others I tried to make do with med. width in 11 or 12. Again, I'd definitely recomment these.

The shoes were quite heavy unlike any of the old SAS I own. I felt they I carry a heavy load while walking.

I love the look of this sandal even though the straps were not as generous as I would have liked. I need a wide shoe to accommodate my high arch. As I am able to adjust the straps, because of the velcro attachments, I decided to keep this pair. It's hard to appreciate the two-tone navy textures from the online photos. These shoes look classy and go great with jeans.

Feels true to size. A nice looking sandal that is totally adjustable and can be a bit dressy or casual.

So here's my story: I know that my narrow feet measures AA (narrow) with the Brannock device. (Named after a Syracuse, N.Y., shoe store that I made a purchase in, years ago) The fit that works for me is the S, which may be AAA or even narrower. That's because of the Velcro, which I can loosen for my right, somewhat larger, foot. I've had two pairs of these shoes, while deciding on which, when I wondered about the foot bed. This NEEDS to be leather as otherwise, my feet feel uncomfortable, which leads to mini-socks, which is NOT the look with sandals. The manufacturer said the footbed/foot sole isn't leather; however, my decades of experience cobbler (lucky us!) said that it is leather. I'm going to take a chance that even if it's not leather, the synthetic may be one that is o.k. with bare-foot comfort. That's it and good luck with your decision!

Have a great cushion on the bottom like most SAS.

Very good arch support. Nice looking (although I would have preferred all white, with out the "silver"). It was wonderful to find a nice looking, comfortable shoe is N width.
