I hope I'm wrong. If you are trying to replace the Duo -- this isn't going to do it. My foot is extremely narrow. I would get a 4N if anybody made them. About 20 years ago I found your Duo sandal. I have ordered many, many pairs. The Nudo will never come close to the fit I have with Duo. The base of the shoe is much too wide. Ive tried on mediums that fit better. The velcro is OK, but by the time I cranked it in to keep my foot from sliding around, I ran out of velcro. I am betting that you are slowly getting rid of the remaining stock of Duo's and then drop it and hope the Nudo will satisfy your customers. If I could find another manufacturer I would buy 5 pairs today. Nobody has ever made shoes for the skinny footed walking about this planet like SAS. I just bought a pair of running shoe that are just wonderful -- thank you for that. Please look into keeping the Duo line you would make me feel wonderful. Remember many women in emerging markets have thin feet.

I have flat feet, bunions, narrow heel, and a high instep. I wear an 8 WW in SAS and was ecstatic to see SAS on Zappos. I ordered the SAS Nudu in dusk, which is two-toned. It is a really pretty shoe. I am surprised at the comfort of it. Nudu does not have a "peephole" for my bunions like Duo, but I think it might even be more comfortable than Duo. The leather is so soft, it did not hurt my bunions when I was trying it on today. I will try it on again tomorrow and decide if I want to keep it. The straps could be a little longer to accommodate my high instep but I do know the leather will stretch some in time. I wish it was a little wider across at the toe area. I am very thankful for Zappos because shopping in retail stores is often futile for folks like me with wide feet. I do all my shoe shopping via Zappos.

This is a very comfortable shoe ,I bought this shoe for my mom who's many many problems with her feet including bunions and and heel problems these issues were all accommodated with this shoe because the straps are adjustable so she could move them around her foot.the double wide was perfect Zappos's you guys continue to be awesome friendly and professional in your customer service.

Once I decided which strap to tighten, they were super comfortable. I needed to tighten the strap over my instep to keep from slipping forward. They are a casual shoe ( white with silver), super comfortable. I liked the Savannah style better, but they were uncomfortable. These I can walk in all day.

Great shoe!! This is a very comfortable shoe, I can wear them all day long and my feet do not get sore or tired.

The bottom line is that the top strap (nearest ankle) is too short for a WW shoe. Thus, there is too much Velcro exposed. It would seem that the strap is the length one would expect for a medium width - or smaller - sized shoe. Otherwise, shoe is of good quality.

Pros and cons to the Nudu as well as the Nudu slide. I bought both for comparison. The CORK color is lovely but doesn’t come in the slide style. The footbed cushioning is much better than Naot, Munro, Vionic, and Birks. I like that the outer sole is sturdy but can bend enough to offer more comfort when walking. Sadly for me, there was NO arch support in either Nudu. The angle of the first Velcro strap is not a practical design. My feet are normal width and average arches. Tightening the adjustable top strap below the ankle causes the Velcro to show (see pics). Tightening it so the strap covers the Velcro leaves a gap big enough for a fat sharpie marker to. The angles of the top strap are not positioned to offer a good fit without the shoe looking silly. I can’t imagine these shoes working for someone with a slender foot, or with high arches. Tightening the strap increases the comfort, but looks awful. SAS is true to size...order the size of your foot. These were an almost, but too expensive for average comfort.

Left a review already but forgot to add; someone else mentioned that these sandals squeak when walking and they do! Hopefully it will decrease when the bottom gets roughed up a bit.

Love this sandal! I am a WW and this fits like a dream. Comfy from the moment you put them on and they are adjustable. I bought 2 pair last season and just came back for another. I'm diabetic and suffer from diabetic neuropathy so finding well made shoes that are comfortable is absolutely necessary. The footbed on these is very soft and with the superb adjustabilty and great length and width, they're my favorite sandal. The sole is flexible but very sturdy and the back strap keeps them from sliding off my feet.

These must do the trick for me in the summer, I have three pair in three different colors. These are very comfortable sandals. The only negative I have, and it's true for most comfortable shoes, is that they aren't very stylish. It's too bad more cute styles aren't available for long, narrow feet like mine. At least I have SAS, so I have something on my feet!

These sandals are like walking on a cloud. My feet have become sensitive as I age and these are comfortable to teach in all day long straight out of the box. The quality of the leather and workmanship are excellent. The velcro allows for easy adjustment although I have found this to be an issue with velcro shoes that once the velcro looses grip with use you have to find a cobler who can do velcro replacements. A qyality shoe like this one always outlasts the velcro. I was a little surprised the red color was not as vibrant as I was hoping for, but it is a nice color. The slight amount of subtle metalic contrast on both of the top of the foot straps adds a little elegance. This is my second pair, I am sold!

I like these very much, it's my third pair of this design, others were dark colors but this is a lovely tan and will go with everything!

I have very narrow feet. Sometimes even Slim are too wide. SAS has always had shoes that fit , so now I have three pairs. I just wish the styles were a little more stylish, more young looking . Some are way to Otho looking. This sandal will work for summer. Nice arch support. Velcro is a real plus for my thin feet too pull tight.

These are SO incredibly comfortable. The footbed has that "walking on a cloud" feeling I was looking for in a sandal. I have high arches and walk a lot and refuse to compromise comfort for style. However, as a woman in her mid-30s, I found the strap widths to be just a little too bulky creating a style that was a little too aging for me. I ordered these in both the "Golden" and "Silver Mist" colorways and feel color-wise they both would go well with many outfit styles. My feet say "no" to sending these back but my eyes have to say "yes" unfortunately.

I love the shoe but it was way too long so sent them back and decided to reorder it one whole size shorter. I am hoping these fit.

Hello. Here's an FYI you may wish to consider. I first bought these shoes in size 8-1/2, my normal size, as I'd read they fit perfectly to size. Guess what? They were too short! I re-ordered in a size 9, and now, they fit perfectly. These were bought for walking all day long, during the spring/summer months, in Europe. One needs a bit of extra room with that agenda. Footbed is cushy and comfortable. And I am not annoyed by an arch support which does not conform to my arch. The perimeter edge of the sandal does not annoy my toes, i.e., a hard-edge. I'm a fan of adjustable 3-straps, and was looking for an attractive sandal offering same. This fits the bill! (or the foot). There's a little sparkle to the material, which means they are kind of cute. They are comfortable out of the box. So much so, I also ordered a second pair, in white.

Bought these at the start of summer, and now that it’s the end of summer, and I’ve walked miles and miles in them, I can safely say they’re my new favorite sandals. They’re so smooth inside! No scraping or blistering at all—and my feet love to be sensitive about texture. They look cute enough to wear with sundresses (especially the sparkly red option, which I got), but are so comfy I would forget I was wearing them. I wouldn’t wade into water in them—not confident they’d hold up to that—but for walking around in warm weather in general, they are wonderful!

Extremely comfortable the moment I put them on. Like walking on a cloud. Great support and style.

These are the best, most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. Really appreciate the buckle strap around the heel, and the velcro straps seem like they will hold for a long time. I have a weird foot, size 10 with narrow at ankle and wider at toe area. Its hard to find such a comfortable fit. The buckle ankle strap allows me to fix the best fit around and leave it. The velcro then adjusts to make the entirety a great, and most comfortable fit. Love the look and material and color as well. Highly recommend.

Finally I have found some good-looking shoes for my hard to fit feel. I have super narrow heels, but bunions on my toe joints.
