This sandal is fantastic. Comfortable right out of the box with great cushioning for all day wear. And made in USA!!!! by SAS. They make stylist, comfortable shoes in hard to find sizes and widths.

The shoes are just like many people said, so very comfortable! The footbed is so soft but also feels supportive (I just cannot do memory foam). I’ve worn them several times and one of the best pair of shoes I’ve had as far as comfort. There is something about them that seems a bit “older woman” style but can’t figure out what it is, but comfort won me over.

This is my second pair of Nudus; my first, bought at least eight years ago, are still looking good and going strong--the Velcro is just now starting to lose a little grip, but still very wearable. They're sturdy and comfortable. The footbed is amply cushioned, which makes a world of difference in comfort for both feet and lower back. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and anything that helps any joint(s) is welcome. The ability to adjust at the heel (buckle), instep (Velcro) and toebox (Velcro) is what makes these a standout in my mind; infinitely adjustable if your feet are inflamed, swollen, or you just danced too much the night before. I so appreciate, too, that these come in wider widths, which I invariably need for bunions and swollen toe joints. As others have noted, the soles do squeak. They just do. Not on all hard surfaces, but a good many. The only other minor drawback is that they're not a delicate look because of the wider straps--but surprisingly sleek and minimalist on the foot for all that. Hope SAS never stops making these. And thanks, Zappos, for your infinite variety and wonderful customer service that means customers with problem feet like mine have choices!

Comfortable right out of the box

I had bought this shoe in the past and it was getting worn out, which is why I purchased a new pair. Very comfortable. cushy sole.

These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box! The style & color was good but the style wasn’t my favorite, I was so impressed about how comfortable they were figured it was worth it!.

I love this sandal. It fit perfectly and adjusted to my narrow foot nicely with the velcro straps. It's also very comfortable.

Best sandal ever for taking long walks. Comfortable from day one. I hope they keep making it without any alterations.

I have worn these shoes just a very few times due to foot surgery. The black paten leather is rubbing off the straps and looks bad. I would gladly send them back and receive a refund. Because they are black, a picture does not work.

I can always depend on SAS shoes to be well made and last for many years. I find the size I need varies by style, because my feet are hard to fit, so I appreciate Zappos' great customer service that enables a quick reorder and prompt delivery of an alternate size - especially to meet a deadline if a special event is coming up.
