Size and fit were fine but this version was thick and clunky and felt like it would be hard to walk in for long distance.

The footbed fabric tends to make my feet sweat.

while the 7M shoes fit, the shoes still looked too boxy on my feet compared to my older pair of SAS sandals, so am returning them

Really wanted to like these, but the weird spot the arch support is in on these shoes was very uncomfortable, especially for someone with flat feet. I should’ve listened to the other reviews, but this was my last ditch effort to find a comfortable wide width shoe to wear so that I can still have some support and not continue to get calluses on my poor feet from lack of good slippers inside.

I really wanted to like this shoe as it looks like it should be very comfortable and I have problem feet and have had multiple foot surgeries; however the rocker sole causes me to place most of my weight on my forefoot which is not comfortable or steady. Also the sole creates a squeaking noise on hard surfaces as other SAS shoes have also done.

Unfortunately these didn't feel "cozy" at all. They fit, but it felt like my foot was up on top of the shoe rather than nestled down in.

When they say wide, they mean WIDE!!! These seemed like they’d be comfy enough but other than them being way too wide for me, I was afraid they’d just fly off my feet and I’d get hurt. They may stay on better in the right size though.

The SAS shoe is incredibly well-made, like by the finest craftsman. My feet are incredibly sensitive, can’t tolerate seams or stitching or any little bump touching my skin. I grow instant blisters and am miserable. These shoes have the softest, most perfect lining I could ever want, and the outside leather is of the highest quality. That said, they’re a lot heavier than I like, and so I only wear them for short periods. Maybe I’ll get used to them.

I usually wear an 8 in sandals, but had to send these back for a 7.5. Once I had the right size I found these to be incredibly comfortable sandals, like big squishy clouds under foot. I have wide feet and very high arches and it can be a problem to find comfortable shoes. These definitely fit well and are adjustable enough that they would work for a range of foot-types. The quality is high, worth the price. In the end, though, I sent them back. Just couldn't get over the styling. I like a clunky, solid looking sandal (Keen, Birkenstock, etc.) and don't want dainty shoes- but these just looked too "orthopedic", even for me. It was a tough call because they really were comfortable, but the looks cancelled out the feel.

Purchased Amber color. Not too thrilled about color but comfort wins! Wish sandal came in tan color.

The material this shoe is made of feels flimsy, like it won’t hold up. The shoe is comfortable, but really homely: chunky and heavy-looking, which is weird for a sandal. Also a big large and loose, so I kept walking out of it. Returned it.

This shoe was a style I was prepared to adjust to, size, style and width, however, the foot bed was terribly uncomfortable, I just couldn't keep them, foot bad too hard!!!

These had the potential to be comfortable if they didn’t slip off while walking. Also very ortho shoe looking. Returning.

I love SAS Coay sandals and have them in amber and black all in XW Unfortunately, the silver/blue only comes in W. I thought it would be okay because of the straps, but don't feel comfortable. I would have loved them in XW and not sure why SAS does not make XW for silver/blue, when all the other styles in Cozy are. Big mistake.
