These shoes felt pretty good but it felt like they were somewhat wanting to slide off when I walked. I have narrow feet and they just didn’t work for me. Even though they were a narrow I think they were a bit too wide.

The sandals fit my foot, especially since there are adjustable velcro flaps to tighten or loosen onto your foot. What disappointed me was that these seemed to be the same sandals I purchased about 2-3 years ago. The first pair were the most comfortable, soft like a cushion on my aging feet, almost therapeutic. I wore them out. These new ones are harder, don't have the same cushion, not the same feeling of support of entire foot front to back. I won't purchase them again.

These are heavier than I would have liked for a slip-on (OK, they almost reach the definition of clodhoppers!), but they are true N width and super-comfortable from the moment you take them out of the box. Compared to many other brands, SAS shoes are expensive; however, they are well-made and last well, so I consider it money well-spent.

The size was right on and also the width. I was very disappointed with the arch support, however. ALL of the other SAS shoes I own have a much better arch support, which is something I need! Also disappointed this style did NOT come with buckles vs. the Velcro style!

Shoes are very comfortable. Light color makes your feet look big. Not my favorite color but bought to use for slippers for summer. Nice if they made other colors.

Extremely comfortable. Wear them as slippers, since have lymphedema of foot & tendency to stub toes. Look great as sandals too.

I am returning these because my feet need much more arch support to keep my ankles from rolling inward. I have bought SAS in the past and had the same issue so will not buy this brand again. They are fairly heavy and clunky but I'm sure if you don't need insane arch support you will find them stable, especially for us older folks who aren't so light on our feet. The soles don't have deep treads like some sport sandals but I did not find them slippery on my hardwood floor. The thing I am most sorry about is having to return a true extra wide shoe! Extra wide footbed, not just a regular width with floppier straps.

As others have said, these are not the most stylish of sandals. But they are SO comfortable and amazingly enough actually fit my very narrow feet, right out of the box. Fully adjustable if needed, which is a plus.

The shoes fit comfortably and seemed to be true to size (8-1/2 W), but the style looked a little clunky. I have a large bunion on one foot. While the shoe hid my bunion and was not uncomfortable, it kind of skewed my foot to one side.

Very comfortable. I use them as house shoes. Slip on shoes with solid comfort and support. I have a narrow foot but got medium. True to size. This will help if socks or worn or feet expand in warmer weather. Adjustable. The linen color is classic.

Fabulous comfort, ugly brown color. These may be the most comfortable slide ever. The medium had good width for a slightly wide foot. Great arch support and soft footbed. But the brown color needed to be returned. Not an "amber" or women's brown, but a dark man's brown and heavy-looking. Wish it came in cognac. So I exchanged it for the black, which is just fine. Ran a bit short, but OK for an open sandal. I always buy 9M/40 European, and these fit more like an 8.5/39.

This shoe is not cute! Comfy and if I got the snake or blue color and only the w vs ww, I would have kept them. Cute nails help everything. If you want comfort these would work.

I have worn SAS sandals for 20 years. These by far are the best. I have a bone spur in my heel and need high arch support. These sandals allow me to get up out to of bed in the morning and all around in after work. Love these sandals to the moon. And the cozy blue snake pattern is so awesome!!

These shoes are cozy on my feet. Love the design. Great support. I have high arches and they will not stay on my feet. I need a back strap. So I am returning them.

I have narrow feet and the shoe felt wider than I expected. I can’t seem to get the straps tight enough so I feel secure in them. For now I am just wearing them around the house to see if I can get use to them. The foot bed is real comfortable and that’s the reason I think I’ll keep them? I agree with others, they do look like old lady shoes but I really don’t care as long as I am comfortable.

I ordered this in a 10N, my usual SAS size. It was too short so I returned it for a 10.5N. That pair was too wide. It did not seem like a narrow at all. So disappointed. As someone with a narrow foot it is very difficult to find well-made comfortable sandals and shoes that are also stylish. I wish they would make the Embark slide in a narrow width. I currently have the Embark style with the back strap.

My size but slips off of the back of my foot. I have a wide foot with narrow heel. l ordered size 8w but often wear a 8 and half ww, so I thought this would work.

The sandal strap hits my bunion and is very uncomfortable, painful as you walk so I must return them. The sandal itself is bulky, not quite what I had expected.

Fit and size were fine. The style in person was terrible. They looked great online, but terrible in real life.
