I wear a 9 1/2 narrow, and I ordered this shoe to replace a pair of leather walking sandals that had worn out. The shoe was true to size. I would have liked it to be a little more narrow, but I had one more hole left on the buckle, so I decided to keep it. I ordered the white linen, which is very pretty. I would have preferred that it had a dark footbed so as not to show dirt, but it was so attractive, that I decided to keep it anyway. It was not quite as substantial as my previous pair, and did not have a leather footbed like my previous pair, but it was comfortable enough that I let style win out.

These were SO comfortable! I'd rate the comfort of the footbed 4.5/5 stars - I have high arches and walk a lot and this is a huge thing for me. I liked the gold linen fabric, but the laser cut detail on the toe wasn't really my style. Maybe if the design featured braiding or texture and not this cutout detail I'd have liked it more, but didn't fit my personal style at age 33.

Pretty and comfortable dusty blue. Nice color to go with light blue jeans.

This is a very comfortable sandal. The only problem was that my big toes were hanging off the side and it made walking in them a bit awkward. The other thing was that once I got them on they really weren't very flattering. Back to Zappo's they go.

I bought a pair of these last year in white to replace a similar pair of another brand that I had for years. I liked the white pair so much I decided to buy another pair in a different color this year. These shoes are comfortable to walk in. I like that they have actual buckles instead of Velcro closures. Velcro closures always come undone when I walk so I cannot wear shoes with them. I also like that the shoes are adjustable in 3 places. I have a bunion on one foot which makes shoes difficult to fit, but I can adjust these to the correct width so they feel comfortable. My only complaint is with the arch support. I have high arches and plantar fasciitis and the shoes don't have as much support as I would like.

I liked the style and the denim color. They would have been comfy except for the fact that my big toe was hanging off the side of the footbed as I walked. At first I thought the shoe was too short, but in fact it wasn't. This is more to do with my foot than the shoe. Wish I could have kept them.

These are very comfortable shoes, but I felt like my Grandma when trying them on. They would be great if the front of the shoe was just plain - no cut-out detail, and the sole was the same color of the leather.

The foot bed was very comfortable, but one of my feet drifted toward the middle of the shoe for some reason, which lessened the comfort. Also, they ultimately looked at little too old lady for me, so I sent them back.

I like the color and the style. The feel was very comfortable. I thought it was a little bit short so I am ordering the next size up to compare.

Nice sandal. Adjustable. Arch support is so-so.I bought the wide for bunions, but the heel was too wide. Bought the regular for my heel, but not quite right for the front of my feet. So I'm returning them.

These were pretty comfortable, but the strap in the back felt just a little low so it sat on my upper heal. The sole is glittery which didn't show up in the photo and I thought it was odd looking.

These sandals are comfortable enough for dressier occasions but I wouldn't recommend going for long walks in them. I think it's the nature of shoes with thin straps that they don't offer the level of support and comfort that sturdier shoes do. That said, I do recommend them because they are fairly attractive, even delicate an appearance, and that is quite a trick considering the size of my shoes (11.5 M). I own a black pair and I'm glad to have shoes that I can wear when going out to a nice dinner.

My left big toe hangs off the edge. I tried 2 sizes - same problem. I purchased a beige pair a few years back, and they have been one of my favorites, so I'm not sure how the sizing has changed.

Bought these for my mother who wears a WW width and will be returning as they were too tight. She has been wearing SAS shoes for years, but her feet have been swelling. Did find another style that worked.

I thought these sandals were very cute, but when I tried them on, the straps cut my ankle. the footbed was very comfortable, however. For me, the Nudu was more comfortable, maybe because of the wider straps.

Cute shoes. The shoe bed is comfortable, but no arch support, so they will be returned.

I've worn SAS sandals for years, always the same size and width. This style (SAS Duo) is really nice, but the sandal feels 1/2 size too small and the toe area is more tapered than previous styles I've worn. Perhaps SAS has changed the foot bed template, which is disappointing because I'm already a 12WW. I'll need to find another brand of sandal.

Good shoe, good padding but the color is a shiny gold NOT a golden brown as it appears in picture. Returned because of color

While this shoe is soft and fit well, the white color I ordered is NOT white, it's an off-white/bone color with very white metal buckles. Too bad the leather didn't match the buckles. Since I need a white-white sandal to match the white in summer capris and tops, this one needed to go back.

The shoe was more narrow than it needed to be.

I feel very dowdy in these shoes. The fit was good overall. The navy color was attractive.

I was disappointed at how stiff the leather was. The toe straps cut into me.

Size and width were fine, but the heel area was not very cupped, so my arch was pushed into a flatfoot/pronated position. TEVA's and Mephisto's have been fine in that regard, though. I'd hoped these SAS sandals would also work, but they didn't for my feet.
