Love this shoe. I decided to try a Narrow instead of Slim like I usually order. The Narrow doesn't have a narrow enough heel for me so will reorder the Slim as I should have the first time.
I'd also recommend:
I mainly order SAS shoes because I know they'll fit every time.

My feet hurt all the time- these are very comfortable (foot surgery, bunions, etc). They are not the least bit stylish, but I am going to order another pair in a different color anyway. Worth it to not have my feet hurt when I walk.

I wear 9.5 or 10 and in this shoe I guess I should have ordered a 10 because the 9.5 is too snug. The leather is nice and soft and great cusion around the angle and heal.

This SAS Twin is very cute, fit well and I really liked them until I began walking in them and found them to be VERY slippery on carpet and wood floors. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I wear an 11 1/2 N in SAS shoes and this shoe fit well, however, the sole was very slippery. So sorry, I will be returning.

The fit on one foot was good but not the other. One toe keep hurting. The leather is thick and at my age I don’t want to break in any shoes so I have to return them.

I ordered 2 different styles of SAS - the Savvy and the Twin. I was disappointed that I was unable to keep either one - and found I agreed with previous reviews on both. The Savvy is a really cute shoe - but, my heel kept slipping out. The Twin fit well (including the heel) but my immediate impression was it was a "masculine" looking shoe. I returned both pair and am currently looking for other options.

Fit well and know I will wear them often. I have read many of your reviews and many people have the same concern that I do. This shoe needs to come in Navy blue!
Navy blue seems to be a color that you carry in only a few shoes. Many customers would like a variety of shoe styles in navy blue. Also, please do not stop carrying size 4.5 in women's shoes. There are still a number of small shoe size ladies!

I've had black Breezy Mocs for two years and I absolutely love them. They are soft, comfortable and casually fashionable. They are my favorite shoe for casual occasions. I wanted to lighten up my summer look, but I never wear brown or beige. I hoped these were a dark taupemore black/ greybut they are too brown for my wardrobe. This shoe in grey or taupe would be perfect.

I bought the Cranberry color and they are beautiful shoes! Unfortunately they are a little rough and slip up and down on my heel when I walk. The leather is not as soft as on other SAS shoes. I can wear socks with them and problem solved. They are just so pretty on the bare feet.

I need a size 4 1/2 shoe. I purchased the size 5 as in the past I have always worn size 5. These are too big and I had to put inserts in them in order to wear them. Not as comfortable when you have to place inserts in your shoes. Also, SAS needs to have a bigger selection of size 4 1/2 shoes and also in more colors - especially navy. Please consider this. I have seen other reviews and there is definitely a demand for the navy color.

This shoe is very comfortable but runs a bit small. I'd suggest ordering a half size larger. The leather is very soft and flexible so no breaking in necessary.

I needed a slightly more dressy shoe for work, but one that i would feel secure walking in and that was wide enough to accomodate my bunions. With the help of Zappo staff and many of these reviews i selected this shoe in double wide. The right heel is ever so slightly wider than is comfortable so i may try an insert for the back of the heel; but it does not cause the shoe to slip.
