I needed better shoes due to my arthritic knees. I've had these on all day, couldn't be happier. SAS have always made a quality product, nice to see they haven't compromised. Fit like a glove, right out of the box. Happy to see them on Zappos, don't want to drive to Santa Barbara. 100% satisfied.

These seem like really nice shoes, but the toe box was too small for me and my toes were scrunched.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. I ordered a 9 1/2 narrow. They are not the greatest in style, but they are ok. The comfort outweighs the style. I could walk miles in these. A true narrow width.

I ordered these in the size I normally wear (10.5) but could barely get them on my feet. They definitely seemed too small for 10.5, both length and width. I read a comment the other day that said shoes will fit better after you "break them in". I know that's true, but I have major foot problems these days and so I need a shoe that fits properly from day one. I love the look of them, but they are not for me.

Excellent shoe. True to size. Great quality. Well worth the money. The SAS brand is an excellent shoe. I highly recommend this shoe and this brand.

These were comfortable right out of the box and they’re a little more modern than a lot of shoes that have a removable insole. I found them to run a little small and narrow so I had to return a pair before finding a size that fit. I can usually fit my custom orthotics in a size 9W but I had to go up to a 9.5W in this shoe.

This shoe is amazing! As soon as I slipped them on, I felt like I was walking on pillows. I don't know that I've ever felt a shoe as comfortable. Maybe not the most high fashion shoe, but it feels so good I don't care.

Wish I could have kept these shoes. Fit, comfort and quality were all there. Unfortunately the SAS comfort fit insole system was not there. There was only a single, thin insole. The comfort fit insole system is a key part of SAS shoes and has been for many years. Kudos to Zappos customer service for trying to locate the proper insole but it was not available. Returned and ordered "Dream" and they are perfect.

The toe bed isn’t big enough, high enough. Perhaps I need an 8 1/2WW instead of the 8 1/2W. I love the style, the leather color and comfort! I’m trying “Viva” instead. But the style doesn’t compare! ?

I was afraid of the width at first, i usually buy half or 1 size bigger due to my flat footed feet but i was surprised size 6 fits, comfort is also a count did not hurt or cause blisters and width are perfect, i ordered another one different style….

this style of SAS shoes has been my go to work shoe for years!! my orthotics fit in and give me great support overall. The fit is true to size the toebox is wide enough! Overall great shoe for work and standing on my feet eight hours a day.

I have a narrow heel in comparison to the width of my toes, so I usually go with AA or N in width. These shoes have proven to fit both areas comfortably, not slipping off my heel nor squeezing my toes. Style wise I also like them, dressier than sports shoes but just as comfortable. So far, I love them!

The shoe is great! It felt very comfortable the first time I put it on.

After reading other's comments about these running a bit on the narrow side, I purchased these in a D width and I'm glad I did as they fit perfectly. There was no pinching of my foot in any way, the shoes were extremely comfortable right out of the box. They are expensive, but the comfort and quality is worth it, and I think they will last a long time.

The shoes fit very well and look good with slacks and long skirts. I would have liked a more defined sole for extra security and support but I'll wear these mostly for dressier events rather than daily use.

I purchased the SAS Twin loafer in a 9.5 N. They are a soft leather and comfortable. My insole fits perfectly. The top of the shoe comes up high and is a little tight on the top of my feet due to my high arches. The width is great for a narrow shoe. I bought these shoes to wear in Michigan's winter and so far they are good.

Ordered a 9 1/2 slim(AAA). It really was SLIM. Wow! That doesn’t happen. I thought it was a little short. In fairness I sometimes wear 9 1/2, sometimes 10. I thought it was comfortable as far as I could tell with it being short. The craftsmanship was excellent. I did think it looked like a grandma shoe.

Shoes did not contain the insoles advertised in product description and imprinted on the sole of the shoes. Should have had Tripad Comfort insoles and contained only a basic insole. This is the 2nd pair with this issue. This was an even exchange for the 1st pair of unacceptable shoes. Very disappointed that Zappos did not, and apparently cannot, provide the product as described. I am ordering another pair of shoes and hoping these will be ok. Fit was fine and shoes were quality but not as good as they would be with the proper insole.

Nice shoe, but ran small in both length & width. Reordered a full size larger & wider. Hope it works. Would like to be able to wear with a thin sock.

Nice fitting shoe but they looked a bit clunky. Ended up getting a true loafer.
