These are the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever purchased. Have tried to wear them twice and both times took them off before leaving for work. My mother loved her SAS, although they were not this exact style. I wear an 11 wide, have some knee & ankle problems so support and comfort are a must. These will need to go to the thrift store.

I got this shoe on my foot. Barely. But I couldn’t stand up because it was FAR too narrow for my foot.

Shoes are too large. They slip down so I am not sure I should exchange them for a smaller size. If they fit, they will be very comfortable. Fabric stretches and is very soft. Style is versatile-they can be dressy, and they can be casual too-will look great with a dress, a skirt and with a pair of pants as well. I am sorry that I have to return them. Unfortunately, I have already returned several pairs of loafers because none of them fits- they slip down and are too long. Thank you, Zappos, for a very convenient-customer friendly return policy.

I decided to save some money and purchase this pair of shoes. Due to my foot condition it is very difficult to find a pair of shoes I can walk in. I also need to put orthodics in my shoes due to my condition. I received my pair and needed to do as described to make sure they worked in addition to actually walking in them. After walking for them in 10 minutes I knew they wouldn't work for my feet so I contacted about a return. Unfortunately I was told I cannot return them and they are extremely unwilling to help. For a company that is supposed to help people with foot issues they are doing the opposite. Now I have an expensive pair of shoes I can do nothing with and cannot afford to buy another pair until I save again. I would never ever purchase a single product from this company again and it is sad because it is something made in the US.

I used to wear SAS years ago (so did my mom back in the day) but like so many other comfort brands, they have changed proportions and now do NOT accommodate they very feet that need them. WAAAAAY too narrow. Returned immediately. Let's face it, they are not beautiful shoes, they should at least be comfortable!

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

When I tried these on out of the box they felt fine. I wore them to work and nearly died from the pain. They were too tight around my ankle. I ended up with such deep cuts that I still have a scar/mark four months later! I am athletic and have strong leg muscles, but I did order a double wide.

I LOVE the shoes but my hammertoes don't feel the same. I thought I had finally found some cute shoes I could wear. I tries them for several weeks thinking they would feel better, however I could only wear them for about 15 minutes.

If I had not worn this shoe to a function I would have sent it back. It is just not the usual sass product and I am not sure if it is the style or what. Our local store that sold SASS closed so I am limited to ordering on line. I do not think I will do that again. Need to find a store.

All I wear is SAS and I wear this style 75% of the time. There is something wrong with these, the footbed. My foot leans to the side so bad I am unable to walk. If I had not worn them outside, like I said I have 5 other pairs of this style, I would return them or contact SAS. Never, I repeat NEVER purchase SAS any where but an SAS store ot authorized SAS shoe store. What a total waste of 155.00. Probably cheap knock offs.

I’m sure the box was mislabeled because these are suppose to be a wide and it fit my daughter who has a narrow foot. I loved the look of the shoe, but am afraid to reorder.

I've purchased this shoe 3 times. You can't count on each pair of shoes being consistent in width. The customer service rep that I was finally able to get a hold of informed me that the shorter the shoe the slimmer the width; in other words a 9 wide will be slimmer in width than a 9 1/2 wide. this logic dictates the shorter the foot the slimmer the foot... Not so.

I wear a size 10 but it was too big so I went to a 9 1/2. It seemed to fit fine. Now I can't wear it because it is hurting my foot. I have bought many shoes and sandals from there. First pair I have had problems with! I wish it was sized properly.

Crazy problem with the shoe. The right shoe was slightly snug, probably not a problem, but the left shoe was almost a size off. I couldn't keep it on my heel. Had to return.

Last and upper are too long and way, way too narrow and shallow. Not a wide, let alone a double wide. Not at all suitable for high instep foot. I have bought excellent sandals from SAS, but this was a disappointment. Expected better from SAS

I've tried 3 different sizes in this shoe and not been successful. The extra wide, still rub my pinky toe. Disappointing, because they look so nice and stylish.
