The SAS Walk Easy is a comfortable shoe with a wider toe box that supports my feet. I have hammer toes, one foot with a bunion, and use prescription orthodics. The 9 wide size fits the front of my foot, but does have some looseness in the heel. With heavier socks, that seems to help with the heel. I need the room in the toe box to accommodate the toes, ball of the foot and bunion on left foot. I just received them last week, so hoping that they are a good choice for me. I did consider ordering a size 8 1/2 W., but feel I need the extra room for the toes.

These shoes are too smooth on bottom. I don't think they are good for stones or gravel

I love SAS shoes, but not this model. I ordered the coffee because it was on sale, and I can see why it was the only color that was on sale. I think it would have been more attractive in the charcoal. I own a pair of charcoal Free Time shoes that I like very much. The shoes felt large to me. I probably could have worn a half size smaller. The leather was very stiff and shiny, and I found it difficult to get used to the rocker motion technology. In fact, I lost my balance and tripped twice because of it. When I looked down at the shoes, I felt they made my feet look like duck feet. I'm going to stick with Free Time.

I am normally a 8 1/2 to 9 with a narrow foot. The 8 1/2 N fits well. Of note, my heal does slip up slightly in the back but the shoe still fits and is walkable.

I'm a repeat buyer of these excellent shoes. My doctor recommended these shoes because they can handle my orthotics. They are very comfortable and look nice too.

A little stiff at first, but a good fit, It gets softer and bends easier with wearing. Love the width and style.

These shoes were absolutely PERFECT for my narrow feet. For walking shoes with lots of support and cushion they are pretty good looking, although I'll admit I'm a bit of a snob regarding shoes I see as chunky or clunky.

I love, love , love your shoes. I have an extremely narrow foot, sometimes Slim is not narrow enough. I hope you never stop making the Duo, they fit pretty good, have to use the very last hole on the strap. Glad to see the new colors, I have worn them, and other styles since early 80's. Thank you for being there for me. And the service is always outstanding.

I absolutely love, love these shoes! There was no "break in" period necessary. It's hard to find shoes that are high enough on the in step to hold up my severe flat feet! Please keep making them, I'd be lost without them.

I prefer a regular toe box and a narrow heel, when I can get it. Unfortunately, narrow brands are a bit hard to find. For this shoe, I ordered a 9N. It does slip on the heel just a bit, but for some reason, does not rub or cause a blister. (It's magic!) The shoe is comfortable for wear and for walking miles. It looks like a cross between an athletic shoe and an oxford. I wish the toe were a bit more almond-shaped; the very round toe gives the shoe a more geriatric look, in my opinion. (But the round toe definitely adds to the comfort!) I bought the blue color. It's not a dark navy but works well with medium-wash jeans. This was my first experience with SAS, but I liked the show well enough that I recently ordered a second pair in a different style/color.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I was not sure about the fit, but it was perfect. I liked the fact that that shoe laces were flat instead of round, as flat tend to stay tied.

I just received this item so I have not had a chance to wear them out but they felt wonderful from the moment I tried them on. I want to wear them for general use and the style is trim enough to not look like a trainer but like a regular shoe yet give the comfort and support of an athletic shoe.

Back in 1998, I purchased SAS Free Time for work and loved them. Wore them for many years in addition to their Liberty and Patriot. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and Walk Easy has arrived to my door step. i put them on, walked around the apartment and then to work. Extremely comfortable. Walking on air. I love these!!!!! I will definitely buy another pair.

Love, love these. Excellent fit and comfortable right out of the box even though I have a wide foot and bunions. Time to go walking...in comfort!

Best shoes I've ever had. I have feet issues so wear a custom orthotic, these shoes are a dream come true. Never had a shoe that felt so good on my feet. Wish they came in more colors in leather.

So Comfy! I love these shoes. I was able to wear them all day right out of the box. My feet and knees are so much happier with these shoes.

Two pairs so far. They last a long time, even in our PNW marine climate. I prefer the Nubuck blueberry as they maintain their appearance longer and never require polishing. I'm 5'2" and weigh 124lbs will be 79. I walk 2-3 miles daily weather permitting, on flat asphalt roads. My biggest concern now is the heel height. I feel as if I could fall from the sole height. They feel like they weigh too much. I might add that I use a graphite plate to prevent my toes from flexing and a orthotic insert to support my arches. All is all, I have researched other brands but this is the only one I trust. Worth the money. Wish they could be more attractive looking too. I'm not dead yet.

I only wore the shoes for a few minutes, and they were the most comfortable shoes I had worn for a long time. I wanted to keep them but the pair I received were scuffed on the toes. For as much as they cost, I didn't want to pay for something that looked pre-worn. If the outside had looked better, they most definitely would had been keepers. They're not pretty, but if you're looking for comfort, I would recommend SAS

This shoe felt about a half size bigger and with my custom Orthodics, I had a lot of heel slip. They were cute but I had to return.

I purchased these for my disabled sister. She uses these for her longer daily walks as they are very comfortable and provide very good support and have a roomy toe area. She is just ok with the styling, but likes the shoe for its comfort, support and apparent durability.

I absolutely love the look of these shoes in Navy. They are a delicious deep color that blends so well with all denims or any blue dress pant. They provide excellent support, have a round toe box, but are a little heavy.
