I love these SAS shoes! I just discovered them and have already purchased 4 pair! I have severe arthritis in my feet ( and all over my body). These shoes with the thick soles help me so much. Thank you!!

The shoe is comfortable. Would like it to be less bulky and heavy. Need shoes that slide on surface as feet slide due to MS. Polyurathane work but I have shoemaker put on leather soles in front of shoe

Comfy shoes. Good for casual winter if you need something comfortable.

I bought this shoe in size 10 double wide, color Nero which is a gray/black suede. This color is a neutral that is not as noticeable as a solid color would be in an athletic type shoe like this. I wear them for dress shoes with pants. If they don't match in exact color with the pants, that is okay with me.
It needed some break-in time. They feel more narrow than Free Time. They look more like a dressy shoe than Free Time, though. I had Free Time previous to the pair I recently purchased and they fit well with no break-in time and the pair I bought recently is the same.
I am glad I have both, but if someone is just starting out with SAS shoes looking for comfort first in a walking shoe I would recommend Free Time. I bought Free Time in charcoal suede, and the two pairs look a lot like each other.
I like that SAS has unusual colors in their shoes now, so that they can blend well with more colors of clothing.

I have purchased this shoe in size 11 narrow twice before. I have a very narrow heel. However, this time the shoe length was much too long. I reordered the shoe in a 10 1/2 narrow. It fits wonderfully.

Beautifully made shoe. Toe box roomy and very comfortable. However, top edge of shoes around the ankle and shoe tongue rubbed because they were too high for my feet. Sorry I had to return them.

It was a great shoe, but I intended to order a different style, so I had to return it. I have worn SAS shoes for 25 years and find them to be the most comfortable of any shoes i've worn. They also last under hard circumstances. It is the brand that I can count on having my size, as I have a very narrow foot.

width and toe box very comfortable. The rocker sole is not appealing and gives the feeling of falling forward. the material on the sole is slippery. I will wear these but not as much as I hoped due to the latter two points

They were to narrow for me and I returned them as I returned all 3 pairs I had in this order and ordered 3 more pairs.

These shoes are nice, but a bit too heavy. I prefer a lighter shoe. I wear them occasionally, though they are not my go to shoe.

This is my everyday casual shoe. I really like the look and the fit of the shoe.
I was originally a bit disappointed in this particular style, because it has a convex sole which is not indicated in the description. However, it is gentle enough to still be comfortable.
SAS makes a great casual shoe, sneaker, and sandal. The only style I have a bit of trouble with is the dress shoe. I tend to get shoe bites from them; but heel pads help.

I ordered my 6th pair of these shoes recently. They are comfortable, good looking and they even look good with a suit, I have wide feet and the "walk easy" walking shoe is perfect for the job.
I did have a slight problem with one pair, i don't wear them as much. Some time when you buy the same shoe in different colors they don't wear the same.

Nice looking and well made. The toe box, was a bit stiff and round. 10.5 narrow might have been a better fit (I wear a 9 narrow in shoes with no socks)

I tried this one (Walk Easy) and the Free Spirit. This was more comfortable (but really not very soft). The bottom is one of those rocker styles, which puts me off balance, and the sole is rather thick. It has a very wide toe space, and there is plenty of room, even replacing the insole with my own orthotic. It definitely looks like an "older person's" style.

I had a pair given to me and wanted another color. I was reluctant to purchase online but a local dealer had the size I needed, just not the color. I tried it in there and was then reassured the size available would fit. The only issue I have is that I use a lift with one of my orthotic, causing my heel to raise just a bit too much. Otherwise, I have worn them all day comfortably.

I seemed to fall between sizes so sent this back. I could have tried to make the 11.5N work, but I had a concern about the fact that it seemed to force my feet to pronate inward. Since I wear insoles to correct inward pronation, I was worried that over several hours this would be an issue. Also, they seemed very heavy, so again, thinking of wearing for several pretty active hours I was afraid they would be exhausting. They were a near miss in my ongoing search for a comfortable non-athletic shoe.

These fit me well, but have to return only because the sole is slippery, and being a fall risk due to my knees, I cannot take a chance.
They also fit my heel well.

I have difficult feet and have come to appreciate SAS shoes for their supportive construction, roomy toe box and attempt at a more modern style. These are great shoes but I'm returning the black suede. I am hard on shoes so I'm afraid of potential issues with how they wear.

I've been looking for a comfortable, supportive, semi attractive tie shoe for everyday that will accommodate my orthotics , bunions, etc.
These shoes seemed like "the ones" when I first tried them on. Unfortunately, with my orthotic they are a bit too snug for comfort.

Very comfortable. I still needed to use my orthopedic inserts. However the style looks like orthopedic shoes. I wear with khakis to work that help cover the shoe, to help hide that I'm wearing this type of shoe. Ordered 9n.
