Quality, period. Everything about this shoe screams quality. I wear an 8M in all shoes, and same here. Plenty of room for toes to spread, more than the SAS Free Time, which I also like. Nice solid bouncy support. I love the Sage color and the beautiful medium brown, but bought the dark Coffee color, just because of the great sale price. It definitely looks like a shoe for an older person in this color, but hey. My husband said they look like saddle shoes, or shoes my Dad might wear, and I think they look a bit like little kid shoes or maybe bowling shoes. The shoe laces are industrial grade and just fantastic, with the lacing system. They include a spare pair. (laces, not shoes) I'm glad I've tried several SAS styles recently, and they are all top notch.

The shoe fit perfectly but the shoe color was not as pictured. On my monitor, the shoe appeared to be more of a saddle tan which is exactly what I wanted but the pair of shoes I received were of a different color than the saddle tan I thought they were so had to return them.

These SAS shoes are perfect for everyday wear. I had a pair like these before but they were in my luggage which was stolen at the Atlanta airport. I tried to find shoes similar, but these are almost identical to my previous pair. I like the sturdiness and laced top, which allows me to wear them all day in total comfort. I also am taking them on safari, since they are both sturdy and comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who wants a comfortable, versatile casual shoe.

The shoes fit great the first day out of the box. Perfect for this housekeeper who spends most of her day on her feet.

These shoes are the best! I had these shoes in blue but saw these on sale I could not pass them up. My inserts are not needed in these shoes and I walk very well in them with no pain. Great cushioning and support.

These shoes arrived yesterday...felt so good on my feet that I was brave enough to wear them today. I had three compliments by 3:00 this afternoon. Not only do they feel good, they look good. I really shouldn't have responded to the arch support question since I have orthotics in both shoes. It was so easy putting them in I will probably change shoes more often. It's such a chore getting them in and out of my New Balance shoes that I didn't do that as often as I felt I should (daily). I'll be back to SAS for my next pair of shoes!

These shoes are super comfortable. I forget I have them on. I just wish SAS could up their style. I already have this in black, and wanted blue. The left shoe arrived with a manufacturer defect- wrinkle in the leather. Also, the blue is a dull grayish blue, not as pictured. I would not send it back due to the color, but I didn't like the wrinkle in the leather.

My first pair of these shoes made such a difference in my feet that when I saw the brown on sale I did not hesitate to get them. Usually my feet will hurt no matter what shoes I wore, but not in these. My ankle does not swell and my feet don't hurt all in all a perfect shoe for me.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I bought them right before a vacation and wasn't sure how they would feel. I walked 5 miles a day in San Miguel, Mexico on cobblestone streets and felt fine. The first day I wore running shoes with orthotics and was in agony. After that I wore my SAS shoes and felt great walking. I am definitely hooked on these shoes!
