NO WAY was this a EEE width. Should have been almost swimming on my foot and instead it wouldn't even go on. Also appeared to have been worn before. Actually pulled a piece of grass off the toe.

Good fit, but very stiff. Also, just not very good looking. Sent them back.

I have a pair of these shoes in dove gray and thought the black would look good on me. Unfortunately, they didn't. I have hard to fit feet and have to settle for what I can get. These shoes fit well in the length and width (11 1/2 SS). I just wish they were more stylish.

This is a really cute shoe, and I wanted it to work. However, I need a narrow heel and a shoe for overpronation. The shoe didn't fill either of these requirements.
I'd also recommend:

Was looking for a light colored walking shoe for the summer. Thought these would be ideal since they had a wide. However because I also have a high instep it was too tight around and cutting into my foot. If you don't have these problems they would be pretty vomfortzble.

I did not like the negative heel aspect. My foot slipped out of the heel while walking.

The toe on this sandal is too flat and causes my foot to slide out the front opening. I have wide feet and have bought medium SAS in the past because "SAS shoes run wide". This one does not. I love the look and color of the Duo Antique Tan sandal. The problem is the heel is higher than the toe and there is no tip-up at the toe to keep the foot from going through the front. Design flaw.

I just purchased a few weeks ago the SAS Tour shoe in the same size. I wore them to my podiatrist appointment and he thought those were a good shoe, so I purchased these, the Tour Mesh, thinking they would be lighter and bit more breathable. Yes, they are, but the crease when walking in them just in the house to try them out made a noise, and pushed on my left toe which has a bunion that acts up sometimes. SIGH. Going to have to return them. I have been looking for a couple of YEARS for a lighter "tennis" type walking shoe with support, but not as heavy or hot. Good thing summer is almost over.
SAS "Walk Easy" shoes are my best bet for shoes ever since I started having Rx orthotics 4 years ago. Other shoes I have found like a pair of Merrells were discontinued!

I bought these for a trip to Disney World, hoping to alternate them with Brooks Glycerins. I love my Brooks, but I also love my SAS shoes (especially love my SAS Sunny shoes) The reviews for these were good, and I thought that these might be a good choice for me. I was so disappointed when I tried them on. They felt like they weighed five pounds compared to my other walking/jogging shoes I have. They are so inflexible that my when I walked in them, the shoes did not flex. They were extremely uncomfortable for me. Way too much structure and little cushioning for all those Disney World steps. I'm returning them.

Foot bed is wide enough, but the U-shaped section with the laces is too tight across the top of the foot. Back it goes.

These are flat, hard and have no arch support. They felt like I was walking on hard cement, yikes..not for me. They have no bounce in the step, sketchers arch support has better shoes for less money, with airy bounce in each step allowing you to move faster and not feel so fatigued with each step. I normally wear a wide in women's but these are too wide.

I have put endless miles on the Gretchen Chukka Boot and Captiva Sandal so, I decided after wearing out my last pair of Asics sneakers in 4 months to indulge in a pair of sturdy SAS sneakers. They felt great indoors, I always test them out before wearing outside. Outside for my 4-6 mile walks i discovered that the sole is not shock absorbent, hard as a rock, poor bend to the shoe and 0 tractions when walking uphill on dirt. O.K. for gardening, but not walking, my poor feet scream after wearing these HARD HARD sneakers. They are in the back of the closet, what a poor investment. I wonder if these are old stock?

I wear either an 8 or a 71/2 wide and so I ordered both. The 8 was too long and a little wide. I have a high arch and hypermobile foot so I have to use an arch support in the shoes. The hypermobile part appreciates the supportive base of these shoes. The higher , padded ones do not provide enough support for my feet, I am constantly trying to balance myself in them.
I'd also recommend:
Alegria Paloma. The cork base is great, no external arch support needed in those.

These fit perfectly in the length and width. They are a little loose in the heel, but not enough to make a big difference. They are very nice looking. I have bunions, and one of the comments said that they are wide enough for their bunions, so I went with that. I'm glad I did. They are better for my bunions than my wide Brooks. I have several SAS sandals and they are great! This is a top notch company and I love that they are American made.

I have purchased this style for years and find it the most comfortable athletic shoe there is for me. The shoe wears well, and doesn't ever need breaking in.

First time with SAS. Love 'em. Not bulky-looking, appreciate the slim, sleek profile, but sturdy support, too. Some brands offer okay support, but they look like I'm wearing huge marshmallows on my feet.
I'd also recommend:
Dansko has a sturdy power-walk shoe, but it's heavier, less warm-weather friendly than SAS

Returning this pair because the box told a story these were returned shoes, no tissue on the inside, the label was torn on the box. I really wanted the Marine color and I have ordered the Marine from Amazon. I am not sure what color these are

Perfect shoes for strength training! I absolutely love these shoes for working out at the gym. They don't give out when I'm using them for gym exercises that require heavy (100+ lbs.) weights that I'm pushing against with my feet, and also provide great stability during exercises and for long walks. They also have the room and option to use custom orthotics, if you purchase any separately, like I do. My podiatrist also thought the design was great for healthy feet when I showed them to her. I do wish they were available in regular leather instead of suede so I wouldn't have to water-treat them, though. However, l think they are fantastic and recommend them highly!

The shoe was very nicely made. I purchased these shoes for my adult daughter (with special needs) and she has very narrow feet. I liked the suede over the toe for durability and I liked the classic sole features vs. the trending platform foam-style sole which makes it difficult for her to ambulate with stability. Unfortunately, the heel of this sneaker was too wide for her.
