This is my first pair of SAS shoes and having diabetic neuropathy, I have finally found a pair of shoes that are like standing on marshmallows I must say. But being a flip flop kind of gal I went for these and the are the slipperiest shoes ever and the way that the buckle is at the part that goes through your toes, I have now some serious callouses on my toes up there and I literally have walked out of these shoes and almost fallen, numerous times. For standing, they are great but that buckle could be eliminated, like it is in the men's version and it would help.

Too wide even in a narrow. Too stiff in toe!

Always love your brand but this is not for me.

I've been wearing the Tour line everyday for 8 years and have bought a total of at least 10 pairs of these shoes. They were great up until the last pair which are so stiff in the soles that my feet actually hurt on the bottoms when I wear them. I have been trying to break them in for 3 months now but to no avail. I am disappointed In the apparent lack of quality control at SAS and I am unfortunately going to have to look to another brand of shoe for my "go to footwear". This last pair of SAS Shoes feel like they have been cheaply made and that SAS is cutting corners to save money. I notice that I am not the only reviewer who has mentioned the soles of the shoes becoming just terribly made.

Because this was my first purchase from you, I read that I would get $10.00 off my first order. I applied for it, but it didn't come, so I ordered the shoes I wanted. About 15 minutes after placing the order, I received an email with the $10.00 off info.....TOO LATE!! I was most unhappy!!

I have worn these shoes since they debut. They are the most comfortable shoes and I have a few pairs of them. However, these shoes have changed in the past year. The soles have become stiffer so they don't flex as much when I walk. This has made my feet hurt and I can no longer wear these shoes. Customer service said nothing has changed in the shoes but it could be the materials they are using have changed. Please make the shoes like you used to.
