I only tried on one of the shoes (size 6.5) and it was 1/2 size too long. I've never had this happen; size 6.5 has always been the right size for me, no matter the shoe type/style/brand. The M width fit fine. I swapped my PowerStep orthotic insert for the removable SAS insert, and it fit nicely into the shoe and took care of supporting my high arch. I am returning this pair and ordering a smaller (size 6) with hopes the smaller size is in stock!
I'd also recommend:
L'Amour des Pieds has excellent arch support for my very high arches.

I have a super-wide foot. I got a 7.5 WWW in this shoe. It is the first athletic style shoe I have been able to buy in 2 years that fits. Well wide enough in the toe box even with my bunions (from wearing too narrow shoes). I might have the shoes stretched just a bit in the instep area, but they are comfortable even without that. Most athletic shoes sold now are wa-ay to narrow in the instep. They call that a "stability" style but for me that's just painful. I tried Hoka shoes which 3 podiatrists recommended, but they WW are shaped like a platapus foot - wide enough in the ball of the foot, but painfully narrow in the arch/instep. Thank goodness for SAS, the only company I know who is making shoes wide enough for me,
I'd also recommend:
SAS only!!

This is the latest of several purchases of Tour Mesh sneakers. They are always a perfect, comfortable and supportive. I love this new color. I really wanted something in a soft tan/beige and this is perfect.

Great shoes but need an insole addition for my high arches. Very true to size.

Because I need a double wide shoe, the only shoes I can wear comfortably are SAS sneakers. Now that they come in a variety of colors, I can color coordinate my outfits with my shoes. Thanks for the new colors.

I am very pleased with this purchase. These SAS Tour Mesh shoes are perfect for my evening walks. It's like I'm walking on supportive, yet fluffy soft clouds. Lightweight and breathable, too. Thankfully, my toes weren't cramped anywhere within the shoe box. Yay! I wish they had my size in the color black as they would show less of the Oklahoma clay dirt than the light grey ones I purchased. But, I'll deal with it to have all the other advantages of this amazing shoe. This is my first ever SAS purchase and I'm glad to have taken the plunge to make the purchase. (Size 9 M)

Well made. Fits perfect (4M). Would like Tour Mesh Lace-Up Sneaker in Taupe/Pink in 4M.

Discovered SAS shoes years ago. I suffered from painful Plantar Fasciitis. I tried injections, exercises, custom orthotics, and nothing helped. I did research and found this company. The man at the SAS store told me if I started wearing SAS shoes and wearing Thorlo Socks, it would go away. I did, and it did go away. I asked the SAS salesman how come my Podiatrist did not tell me about the products and he said "Because he wants you to keep coming back." For years now I wear SAS shoes. I did not buy my yearly new pair of walking shoes last year and my feet were beginning to hurt. I bought a pair of these sneakers that work so well for me. I wear them on my long daily walks, and the pain is gone. Cannot say enough about this Shoe Company. I do have a bunion on one foot and that makes the other shoe on the non-bunion foot feel a bit loose. An SAS insert in that shoe works to make the shoe secure. This company truly knows what they are doing.

If I could kiss the designer(s) of this sneaker, I would. There aren't a lot of contemporary design/ made in the USA shoes. I searched galaxies to find a shoe like this one. It was like walking on clouds. I almost cried when I walked in them the first time because I was so grateful I could get some of these and really see the value of paying for these instantly. I never want to buy another sneaker again. I hope they come out with more solely black textures or designs. I'm getting my mom and brother one who struggle to find comfortable shoes for wide feet and tendonitis support.

Wear every day. Eighty-four-year-old persnickety feet love them. My only gripe is that on the light color, dirt shows easily. This time I bought the Nubuck Brush and Eraser, too, which may help.

This is the perfect shoe for seniors, not only for walking but for general all around daily activities. After noticing other seniors wearing them decided to try a pair myself and glad I did. Use to wear New Balance 990's but find the SAS Tour Mesh more comfortable.
I'd also recommend:

Fabulous shoe! Long lasting, well made, comfortable, and forgiving color for dirt/wear. Just wish they didn't cost so much, but they last at least a year, so you do get your value for them. (last pair lasted 1.5 years)
