In the past 10 years, my feet have not been tolerant of any shoe, but thanks to your ever patient, and caring philosophy, and product know-how, I am now wearing a "Size 8-wide SAS shoe" which is the best fit for me. I thank you for all the help you provided and as always putting the customer first. You have the best reps in the world who helped me along the way. I am so grateful. (I have a burning issue yet on the bottom of my flat feet; but I will purchase cushioned insoles to resolve that issue).

I bought these size 7-1/2EE or WW i wear orthotics, have bunions and diabetics. If i can recommend any shoe, SAS is the one. Comfortable, durable, they don’t hurt your feet. Best part, Made in USA. This shoe in any color is my absolute favorite. When they say SAS Walk Easy you can bank on it. I now wear 8WW because of feet change. I highly recommend this shoe.

These are excellent shoes for days when you are on your feet a lot. Supportive, comfortable, not too heavy.

I am very satisfied with the shoes I recently purchased from Zappos . This is the third pair of shoes that I have purchased from Zappos. The first pair was size 8 but when ordered the second and third pairs I ordered size 8.5. The reason--- I was then wearing a foot/ankle brace on my left foot and needed the extra room for the brace that fits inside the shoe. When I purchased the first and second pairs , included were several inserts and an extra pair of shoe strings. The right shoe was a little loose so I just used one on the additional inserts for the right shoe and all was well. I was disappointed when my recent purchased arrived without the extra shoe strings and inserts. Did Zappos discontinue the practice of including the inserts and extra shoe strings?

I have very problematic feet. Bunions, calluses, flat feet. I have tried many different brands and styles of shoes but keep returning to SAS Free Time, as this shoe gives me complete comfort and allows me to do a lot of walking. There are other shoes I’ve worn that are more stylish, however, I need my comfort above all else and this shoe provides it.

I have been wearing SAS Freetime for many, many years. As a librarian who was on her feet for 7 hours a day, I needed the support and comfort of this shoe. Plus I need the wide toe box that isn’t available in many comfortable shoes. I have many pairs in many colors but this is the first time I have had the denim. Hope I won’t be disappointed.

I wear a 11 1/2 super narrow shoe anise. I have been able to walk miles in right out of the box!

I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier but I had an accident. Now, that I have tried the shoes, I find that the "WW" width is too wide and I will require a "W" width. Your support staff is the best! They are so cordial to speak with, and so helpful in the resolution of any issue. Thank you for them. So, I will return the "WW" shoes and request a swap for the "W" width. Thank you for your excellent service.

Too long and too narrow.

Not very stylish, but great light-weight working shoes.

While this is a beautiful shoe with a suede type fabric, the 6.5WW was too big. I believe it is true to size because the 6 WW fit fine. And with other styles I normally have to order 1/2 size bigger even in the double width. I am keeping the 6 WW as it fits just right. The fabric is beautiful and looks dressy even though I would call it a type of sneaker. That makes it perfect for retail sales associates who want to look professional while at the same time having comfortable shoes on.

The fit and size were perfect. I would like to have had a softer layer of padding between me and the pavement, but this is my 4th pair of this model, going back many years, so I stuck with it, feeling I could add some padding myself. It is a beautiful shoe, and I can wear it in Europe anywhere, walk all day and glide into a fancy restaurant with no feelings of standing out as an American in tennis shoes.

I have worn these shoes for years. It began working as a nurse and i continue to purchase. I wear them All Day Every Day.

Needed a support shoe after healing rom a foot fracture. These were great: comfortable, supportive, denim color was great and shoes not clunky at all. I got lots of compliments on the style. Only drawback: SAS doesn't make a shoe polish for this shade.

I bought these for my 95 year old friend and she loved them.

Bought these shoes for my mother. SAS are the best for anyone with foot issues. Not too stylish but at 88 comfort and stability are the most important. Actually I think they are very nice looking shoes. She was thrilled that was important.
