I have only been doing cross fit for 5 weeks but I noticed most people had specific shoes. I bought these and it was a great decision. I feel very steady with them on. They are a tiny bit snug in the instep so when I order my next pair I will get a 1/2 size larger.

This shoes is a great cross training shoe. I wish that the shoe came in quarter sizes. A lot of the reviews said that this shoe ran slightly large and althoguth that might be true for some, I have wide feet and went down a half size from my normal and can definitely tell in one shoe occasionally.

I like the color and they are really good for CrossFit.

This morning the workout was sort of a hodgepodge of sprints, squats, and a quick benchmark workout at the end. At least three separate times I mentioned my new shoes to my partner. They handled the sprints on the treadmill better than my running shoes, I felt totally stable in the squats, and they gave me enough grip on the workout without slowing me down. My only complaint is I don't have room in my closet for more pairs. I'm usually an 8.5 in the high tops and the nanos, but the 8 fits perfectly for these.

They are light. So comfortable. They fit true to size.

This shoe is great for any type of training! The shoe is very comfortable and gives you just the right amount of support for the activity you will be doing! Loving working out in these shoes as it provides plenty of stability for those powermovements!

Love this shoe! Great for running when that is part of our WOD. Comfortable and plenty of room in the toe box. Arch support is great too!

Not tried 'crossfit' shoes before, but I love these. Perfect for running as well as lifting. Great fit, I have slightly wide fit and these feel really comfortable.

They are just so comfortable. Size wise I'm normally a size 4 in a regular shoe so ordered a 4.5 in a runner as I have nanos too and they are 4.5. But could have done with the 4. But I'll survive!

These shoes have perfect grip. Every time I'm squatting they stay perfectly still and they keep me stable them balanced. I never thought shoes can make such a difference when doing CrossFit especially for those rope climbs. Plus the pink is soooo so pretty

I love it! best shoe I tried so far. perfect for training days when we have cardio or mixed weight & cardio. also very nice for my narrow feet, very comfy. I do not like how it laces, takes a long time to tighten or loosen the shoe, but I guess I can change that. no need to get a bigger size, I am 37.5 , but I usually get shoes in 38. this one I got in 37.5 and I still have toe space, so I guess take the right size or go half the size smaller.

This shoe has great stability and the heel is well reinforced for squatting. I love teaching my BodyPump classes in them!

I have two of these sneakers. They are very comfortable, light and give good stability for Crossfit training. I can run, jump, and lift with them. Love them.
