I'm incredibly happy with this purchase, especially for the price. I CrossFit 2-3 times per week & realized I was quickly deteriorating my basic "training" shoes. A friend suggested these. I feel like they offer the foot support and control I needed during my workouts.

These are the best CrossFit or training shoe I have found. After wearing others my feet are killing me but these offer a little more support and are much easier to run in than others.

I purchased this particular shoe looking for a replacement for my Nano 6 (which I loved). I decided to try something different, and now I?m glad I did! I have knee trouble and wear arch supports and toe spacers during my workouts, and prefer a flat bottom shoe for the control. The toe box isn?t as wide on these as they were my Nano, which may make it seem they run a bit small. So if you prefer the extra room up top for your piggies to expand go up another half size. Overall they seem well made and I?m completely satisfied with the swap. Oh also the shoelaces stay in place which is just a little bonus in my book!
