The most comfortable shoes ever! I had to exchange for a 1/2 size down which NEVER happens! But even the phone exchange process was incredibly pleasant! Best customer service I've had on the phone in a long time. Anyhow, I want to buy 3 more pairs in different colors! They are great for city walking!

I wear New Balance a lot and I'm usually a 7.5D or 8D. I needed an 8.5D in this style. I like the knit upper -- you can slip them on.

The sizing is perfect! I never knew NB would have wide shoes so it came as a surprise that wide was the only width option. I ordered a seven after making my boyfriend measure my foot with a tape measure, because I didn't want the hassle of returning even if the return policy is great. After I received the shoes earlier than expected, my life just got ten times better. I went from converse with holes to these cushiony foam clouds. They're easy to put on too! I liked how I could just slide my foot into converse without any inconvenience of tying the laces. These are even easier to put on. The pull tab makes sliding the shoes on simple and fast. These are my first pair of NB and I am now a believer. Super awesome width for my bunion toes and stylish comfort. What an amazing find ??

These shoes are so good looking in person!! They are subtle, and I love the gum colored sole. I have narrow feet and these lace up quite nicely so my heel doesn't feel loose. They are comfortable to walk, dance, hang out in and are not clunky or heavy. I plan on taking them to Europe for our honeymoon which will include a lot of walking and I am confident they will be perfect! It's a good hybrid of a stylish sneaker but with the support and comfort of a New Balance trainer. Unfortunately they didnt have a 10.5 but I got an 11 and they still fit well. I would encourage a half size up if you will be wearing them for walking.

I don't like obnoxious Scooby-Doo-Mystery-Machine color palette athletic shoes, but I will need to wear trainers much more frequently due to health issues. These are so comfortable, with all the support of a great athletic shoe, but in a neutral color with very low-key outside logos. LOVE THESE. The lace loops are a little weird -- sort of like very wide belt loops, and I can see the suede there getting a little squished up over time. No break-in necessary. I popped on some Bombas no-shows and went on a day-long outing and they just worked perfectly. They also inspired me to seek out a similar pair in a beige palette found a great pair of UK-only Adidas very similar in structure and equally low key on the outer logos.

Really comfy and stylish! I bought these for a trip. I was looking for something that didn't look like a traditional running shoe but still practical. These were spot on. I am between and 7 and 7.5 in shoes and I tried the 7.5 first-- it was too big so I excahnged for a 7. perfect.

I ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Awesome shoes and I would 10/10 recommend! They are made well and unbelievably comfortable and easy to get on and off.

I purchased the floral ones; they're so pretty! Some descriptions say they're true to size, but they're definitely smaller than normal. I usually wear an 8.5, but I ordered a 9 to be safe. The 9 fits just right.

Got the floral pattern and they are ADORABLE. Very comfortable and perfect for walking around town and felt great for treadmill jogging. They do sit a little lower on your side heels, so there's no ankle support. I wear a solid 6 and has to get a 6.5. Recommend going a half size up. I've literally never loved a look of a sneaker this much
