The fit was alright but the heel has no support at all so the back part just continues to fall down. The leather is soft but again not support in the heel area.

These are really cute. However, the "soft back heel" gives no support when walking, so the shoe flopped up and down when I would walk, like a flip flop. A smaller size might solve that problem, but then I think they would be too tight across the forefoot. Sadly, they are going back.

I wanted to like these but they are not comfortable. Based on reviews I ordered a half size down, these were way too tight. So I ordered my regular size 9, they were long enough but still tight and uncomfortable in the toes. My feet are narrow but I do prefer a little room for my toes to breathe, I have other shoes with a relatively pointy toe that still manage to be comfortable. These are not going to work for me.

The left fit fit bit the right foot didn’t stay over my heel and sort of bagged out around the heel and the length of the foot. I could tell that if I kept them the leather at the back of the heel would not be in the right place by the end of the day and would basically sag behind my heel, providing no support and causing me to walk funny. Left true to fit, right not similar enough to the left shoe, baggier arpund the edges and not strong enough behind d the heel.

Really cute but I think I got a faulty pair. The right foot makes a clicking sound when I walk, almost like there’s an air bubble between the body of the shoe and the sole. I think I may need to return them. I work in a quiet office and everyone can hear me walking.

These are cute shoes. I bought them in blue and black. The blue is a great color but I have to return because they seem a full size larger than the same shoe in black. I am keeping the black though.

Loved the look of these shoes but felt that they were less sturdy than I was hoping for. Especially wanted a little more support or padding in the heel. I was worried my feet would slip and I would get blisters.

I loved these but I can't keep my left heel in the shoe. The heels are too low. These are very comfortable.

These are so comfortable right out of the box! Unfortunately, there is just a loose piece of leather around the back of the ankle presumably so it's easy to step on it and turn these into mules, which I do not plan to do. So, these flop off my feet every step like flip flops. Not professional or warm. These are going back.

This a good looking shoe, but the heel is very flimsy. I think because you can alternate it as a mule, they designed it that way. However, if you wanted to wear them as just a shoe, there is no support for your heel. And if you wanted to wear them as a mule, there is too much material under your heel and it looks and feels funny. I liked the style on the toe and looking down at them, but, unfortunately, I had to return them because of heel instability. I bought the navy and it's not real dark and would look good with jeans or dressed up a little with nice pants.

Cute, casual style. Unfortunately, there's no room in the toe bed. The leather in the heel area is nice and soft, but so "floppy" that a shoe horn was needed. Must return.

These shoes look great but it is impossible to keep them on my heels. The back is just soft leather and slips/scrunches down immediately. Had to send back. Very soft overall, would be great if you can keep them on.

Love the leather on these shoes, and the style. But had to return because the toe box is too narrow for my foot. As others have mentioned, the back of the shoe doesn't really hold the heel in, and over time they might feel sloppy.

The back of my the shoe is designed to be able to be folded down and worn as a mule, but for me I couldn’t wear it up as a loafer. The back was too loose and had no stability, and wouldn’t stay up even just walking around my house. Returning.

Beautiful soft leather. Unfortunately the leather used for the convertible feature of the drop down heel is too soft and wont stay up when you want to wear the shoe normally. Love them, but had to return for fit.

These shoes had no arch support, and the heel was so loose they were like walking in a pair of flip flops.
