Bought a pair of these boots back in mid October, right boot was not comfortable. One of the seams on the back heel of the boot rubbed against my heel causing pain everytime I wore them. The left boot was fine, shame they didn't fit better.

How would I know never recieved the boot I ordered instead recieved a lesser boot than I ordered , which was $15 dollars cheaper, but was billed at price for better boot, upon questioning was advised the boot I ordered was unavailable, no answers as to why I was send a boot I did not order , this borders on fraud , advise do not deal with Zappos

The barn brown is the same color on the online picture! Was very disappointed when I received them. Beautiful shoes but not the color I was expected.
