This is a great boot, but I would like to see more quality in this particular boot for this price, the soul of the boot should be sewn and glued, and not just glued on, I understand it's a personal design for people that like different styles, however just using my hands I could separate the soul from the boot a little bit I wasn't using much force to do this, if it was sewn on, it would be a 5 star boot for me.

Bought 2 sizes. Both dont fit me. I do like the look and feel. I think a full size down would maybe fit me right

Great boots just a little slippery and too wide. But overall a great product.

Recently purchased this boot and upon initial try on, I noticed the lower sides scrape and scratch uncomfortably. Not my cup of tea.

Great looking boot, just wish they were slip resistant like some other Ariat boots I have. When I walk on wet tiled surfaces, feels like I am on skates. Unless there is a way a boot shop can fix that I guess I am stuck walking carefully on mentioned surfaces.

This boot looks phenomenal! It gives the restaurant appearance yet is a dress style boot. My only complaint is it is not as comfortable as regular boots.

Boot is super dark compared to the picture of the Stone. The boot is all beaten up and gnarled and in the photo it looks way smoother. Really annoyed and am not able to return because needed them for a wedding.

Looked at Ariat boots once and now I get to see them EVERY DAY! as targeted ads. There are definitely some nice ones but as far as I can tell, hardly anything in 8 wide or 8 1/2 wide. Plus I would never NEVER order boots on line or from a vendor that required me to be charged for an order before I could physically have them and try them on. Fit, feel, and comfort can not be determined by looking at a picture. Getting tired of seeing your ads as nothing I click on is in the right size anyway.

I love the look and feel of these boots. However, The right boot heal makes a clicking noise every time the heel is depressed and released. What causes this?

I am sure these will last but I am contempt with the cheap ones I buy online.

The boots are comfortable and fit well. Quality is acceptable in most areas. The Main issue with them is each boot has clearly been made from different hide or at least little attention has been made to match the pair. It's a shame as Iv worn them daily for 5 weeks so they have had more then enough time to wear in. One boots looks very cracked and one is still smooth. I have tried stretching the smooth boot to match the cracked but to no luck. The leather is just too different. Iv been a saddler for 15 years so I have a lot of experience worn leather and leather care. Such a shame as I love the shape and style. Looks like I'm wearing two different boots.

2 stars because i love the look and fit of the boot...BUT, the pull tab on the back of one boots ripped off very easily after only having the boots for less than a month and worn only 4 times. I spoke to customer service and they said someone from the warranty department would contact me. I have not heard from anyone a week and half later

I bought these a while ago and haven't worn them much, but got back into wearing these recently and have noticed the leather tearing in the folded heel area and the welt splitting from the boot possibly an issue with the adhesive??

Super uncomfortable boots, very hard on the soles, they look very good, but feel terrible on your feet

The boot looks great. To spend a day in them is another story. Its like walking on concrete soles. Great upper in every way but the soles are absolutely brutal on your feet. LAst thing is I loved the wallet. Your overbearing email blitz almost makes me never want to buy your products again. Your like a modern day pushy salesman. Back off on your clients a bit.

First bought a size 12 (like my other Ariat boots which fit great) and my heel wouldn't even get through the opening. Sent back, got 13's, and they are way too big. Also when I walk in them the front of the boot digs into my shin and gets pretty uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I love my other pair of Ariats, they do make great boots, but these are not for me.

Do not purchase these boots they come apart from sole to boot and if warranty has expired Ariat solution is to give you a 20% off versus fixing boot that has minimal wear and tear from minimal use.

These are a regrettable purchase and poor quality boots I would never recommend or purchase again. After a few days of wearing, they stretched out like big boats. I'm tripping over them. Send me a refund of store credit please!!!!

The worst boot's ever so stiff they cut my ankles blood dripping out my ankles are so sore had to go to my doctor to get antibiotics incase I get an infection I will never wear again
