I LOVED these flip-flops but was super disappointed in the sizing. My normal size was too small (as in length - width was great) but when I sized up a size, they were HUGE. Had to exchange the first two pair I ordered and return the second two pairs. Super disappointed.

I love Havianas but receiving the same size with a consistent fit is practically impossible! RETURNING again

Much smaller than advertised size

I’m 7.5 and the 37/38 was too short. My daughter is a 3 and the 35/36 work but are a bit big.

I wanted to love these sandals as everyone else does. But after 10 minutes of walking the part between my big toe and second toe was worn and red and hurt. Maybe plastic sandals such as this are not for me! I never had issues with any of my Rainbow sandals but these were a bit painful. However, the price makes them perfect for in and out of the pool wear.

I like Havaianas, no arch support somehow does not bother me. I can walk with them for miles. I had to return mine even thou I liked the color wine/grape a lot, however the tops were very misshaped, probably from being stored too long so they hurt, however Zappos customer support is the best. Always no problem.

I love this sandal but it runs a little small. I suggest ordering a size up for a perfect fit!

This is a good flip flop. I have several pairs and wear them almost every day during the warmer weather and in the house all winter.

Love the look of these but they run a full size large. Because of that they aren’t super comfortable to wear. Would order a size smaller than usual.

I had heard these were the most comfortable flip flops so I decided to try them, unfortunately they don't live up to the hype. The toe strap is round and pushes my toes apart causing pain. They will be fine at the pool but I will not be walking around in them regularly. I am a regular flip flop wearer and for everyday use these are not the way I will go (I like Reef, Teva and LL Bean for regular usage). They are cute though.

Super cute and great width for my wide feet, but straps rub blisters on the tops of my feet.

Love Havanas and love this color but these are much smaller than my others in the same size. Disappointed to have to return them.

The flip flop feels true to size in terms of length and width. I wear 5.5 in sandals and 6.5 in boots, and I purchased 35-36. Though my feet are indeed narrower than most, the straps are still ridiculously loose that there is no way of wearing this—after looking into this it seems like a lot of people struggle with this and it’s a problem with ALL recent havaiana models.

the pair I received is faulty. the strap on the left sandal is very loose. I use Havaianas regularly at home but this is defective, so I am returning.

I ordered a size 9/10 but the flip flop was extremely small. I am returning. I can’t wear these! It’s not fun to return.

Not like my old Havaianas--these ones are flopping wildly as I walk--they don't stay close enough to my feet--and feel kind of suede-y underfoot, rather than rubbery. Not a fan of the changes.

The problem was the straps. They were hugely sized. I like to walk in my Havianas and this means that they need to fit fairly snugly on the straps and that the footbed is better on the smaller side than larger. The footbed seemed the accurate size for a 7/8 (I'm an 8.5 in normal shoes, but sometimes can wear the equivalent of 6 in Havianas, depending on the pair), but the straps were crazy large.

Love havianas generally. This pair the straps seem different and are poking into my skin between my toes making sores almost immediately. They seem to be on a different angle.

I had a pair of navy blue top flip flops that I loved. Then I got pregnant and my feet grew a size, so I went from being and 8.5 - 9.0 to a 9.5 -10. My realmost size is a 9.5 and the 39/40 fits, but I have not a millimeter to spare at either end of the shoe, but if I buy the next size up they are too big. I am afraid this is going to be my last pair of Havaianas because I think esthetically there needs to be a smidgenof room between my heel and the end of the shoes and this brand while not at all inexpensive, doesn't have enough of a variety of sizes.

These just aren’t as comfortable as my older pair that I have in the same style...the straps “twist” and they don’t just slip on comfortably. I tried two different colors and both had the same issues. Fit was true to size and the colors/style is great, but just not comfortable!

I usually wear a size 7. Ordered the 37-38 and my foot was at the edge of the back of the shoe. They look too small.

These came deformed and the straps hurt my feet even to try on. Going to try the slim version and hope for a better result!

Very thick strap which was bent and difficult to just slide on , which my last pair were like!

I ordered a 11/12 and am a size 12. I found while the length was appropriate, the straps were tight on my foot. I also found the material the straps are made of very uncomfortable on my feet.

These are not like the the haviana’s I remember. They are way too wide (I already have wide feet) and I have been tripped by my own shoes. Too bad because I used to look forward to a couple of new pair every summer.
