I love the cute comfy shoes! They felt true to size and are a simple, spunky addition to the right outfit. I ordered them in luggage color as well. And to top it all off Zappos has the best customer service in the world!

Found the perfect neutral ballerina flats. Comfortable, classic style and nice nude alternative. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase it again in other colors. It is like a ballet shoe so not much on arch support if that is something you need in a shoe. I felt that the size is true to size and no dreaded toe cleavage. The toe box is sufficiently long vs. the usual short ones out there.

Excellent shoe. Cannot recommend highly enough. Light weight flexible plenty of support and not so much of the scrunch around the shoe makes them look more dressier. I love them and I am very picky about comfort. Cant go wrong and especially at this price. I am getting another pair or 2! Plus I ordered in the afternoon and had them the next morning!

Very nicely made and also made in the USA. Looks very attractive on the foot but shows a tad more toe cleavage than other ballet flats. The leather is very nice, soft and the detail on the heel is very attractive.

I haven't decided if I am keeping these or not yet. While not at all exciting as shoes go, they seem to be a good basic pair of flats for when you need a neutral. The back edge of the shoe hits my heel higher than I'm used to, so I am sure that I would end up with blisters the first few times I wear them, but they seem pretty comfy other that that so it might be worth my while. Jury is still out on this one. I think I'll see if I can find a more comfortable neutral flat in the next few weeks and if not I'll give in and take my chances that they'll break in nicely.

I use those shoes to wear at my office, kind of like slippers. The sole is comfortable but the arch support is nonexistent. They felt slightly larger than expected but not too bad he design is very simple and I didn't find them to be anything cute but they do look good enough for what I needed. The back heel hurts a little at first but I'm sure I'll get use to it

Comfortable shoes right out of the box. Not a lot of support, but they are flats, so that is to be expected. I wear a size ten and the size ten fit.

Cute, no support, thin sole, more like a slipper which, as expected, is what I'll use them for around the house.

These run about a half size small.

I am happy with these shoes. I went for the wide and I'm glad I did. My foot isn't very wide but ballet flats tend to be narrow. They are pretty comfortable and look nice. I had a $30 credit to purchase them otherwise I probably would not have spent $60 on them!

Super comfortable. Runs slightly small. Looks more casual than would be appropriate for work. A little slouchy due to the lack of structure. Fairly wide in the toe box.

Great basic flats! There isn't anything flashy about these, but they are great for casual or office wear and are very versatile due to the simplicity of the style. I ordered the black, but I'll be adding additional colors to my wardrobe as well! My feet are slightly wider than a medium width, and I typically wear a 7.5 or 8. I ordered these in a 7.5W hoping they would keep my toes from feeling cramped, and I'm glad that I did! These are ballet flats, and like most of the same style, they do not have much support. However, I think the wide would allow for a 3/4 insole for arch support as well. I don't think these would work well for someone with a true wide width, but they're a great option for feet like mine that may feel lacking in "wiggle room" in a regular medium width flat.

I don't typically like flats but these worked so well! So soft and stretchy they broken in right away. Comfortable cushions on the foot bed. I don't particularly have wide feet but I have a Morton's Neuroma on one foot that makes anything narrow painful. The wide worked well without being so wide I was swimming in them.

These were glorious ballet flats, adorable and comfortable... for a year. I got them in fabric, not leather, so maybe the leather ones last longer, but these had a hole in the upper and the soles had worn through after less than a year of use. Wouldn't buy again unless I got them on super-sale.

I originally ordered this shoe in a different color and I loved it, which I why I decided to order a pair in black. For some reason, the black pair seems a little snug. I can wear them, however, by the end of the day, I am ready to take them off. The other pair does not bother me at all.

These were really cute shoes, but seemed to run at least a half size small. Basic Flat, so no arch support, but seemed well made. Had to return due to size issue.

This is a nice shoe. True to size for me. Very comfortable. Like other reviewers I wouldn't wear them for a full day in the city but they a great for errands etc. Very happy with purchase.

These are good basic flats. They do not have any bells and whistles but they are decent flats. I am not overwhelmingly impressed with them which is why I did not rate them a five.

Super soft and comfortable! Won't rub or pinch your heels. Run pretty small in my opinion, I wear a 9 1/2-10 and I returned for an 11, which was still a bit snug, but comfortable. I can wear all day standing at work and my feet are fine. Bought the brown and black, love these shoes! I recommend if you're looking for soft comfy flats!

Purchased the shoes for work, not a lot of sole support but still very comfortable. Flexible, easy to walk on concrete. Wouldn't recommend if you have other ground (like grass,gravel,cobblestone) to step on the sole is very thin and it's like walking on bare feet. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the back of the shoe is pretty hard and high and it's been killing my heel, with a bandaid and time I'm hoping the leather stretches.

Great color for Spring and Summer. Needed a 1/2 size larger. No arch support, but will insert one. Great alternative to all white shoes.

This is my second pair. However, after one day of wearing, the material showed dust. Not sure if it's the material's fault or my environment ( I work at a school) otherwise, these are great flats.

Just got these and the leather is a nice pliable leather but I didn't care for the brown inner part, which shows a bit when wearing. Also, I didn't notice the stitched detail on the back. No arch support and the sole feels really thin. I ordered a wide, and I am glad it did, they are still too narrow for my feet. Going to have to return these.

These are AWESOME shoes! I have two pairs and plan to get more. HOWEVER, the sizing is a little off. I usually wear an 8 1/2. In the black leather I needed a 9, but in the suede I needed an 8. Don't hesitate to get these, just know you might do a couple returns before getting the right fit.

I have never had to order half sizes up or down, so I started off ordering my size. When it came, my toes were jammed on the top of the shoe. I could see that within a month, I would make marks with my toes on the shoe. Not a cute look. So I sent them back for a half size up- love them! Perfect. Did not need "breaking in." Comfy right out of the box. I am planning to order in more colors.
