Perfect classic flats. After just one day of breaking in, these shoes became super comfortable. They have more padding than normal ballet flats, though they still don't have arch support. They're the perfect basic black flat. I will probably be buying this shoe in other colors!

These are wonderful though I wish I'd ordered 1/2 size up for my growing daughter's feet. As for now they are fitting perfectly in a way no flat has ever really fit for her complicated feet. There is enough elastic to fit the sides and hold the foot securely, without digging in or blistering, etc. The leather is amazingly soft as is the interior of the shoe (no rubbing from rough edges, etc). I'd say if you are a grown woman whose feet hover into the half-sizes, normally, to order 1/2 size up...but then I am no expert. The leather is quality leather and should accomodate with some wearing/stretching. If you have a wide foot, these may not work for you..or a slightly bigger size might be good for you. Note: We chose the Metallic and though it looked purplish, we banked on it being taupe or silvery/pewter. We won the bet. They are not purplish, but a nice pewter. Perfect for matching most items. Just love them and thinking of ordering the black too. What a great thing to lay our hands on just before school starts.

I love these shoes! I'm always on the move, and these are my go to shoes to look cute with any outfit. While they may not have arch support, they're amazing shoes for the price. I have both the black ones and the rose cream ones and they're still in great shape a couple years later. These are the best!

The shoes are butter-soft and comfortable. There is no support though and they wouldn't be good for walking long distances. They're great for work though. As always, Zappos gets a 5-star rating for shipping speed and service!

I love these flats so much that I bought three pairs! The elastic band makes them perfect for narrow feet and they really form to your foot after a few weeks of wear. The insoles are really soft and the leather is very nice. I also get compliments on these all the time. They are true to size. My only complaint is that it takes a week or two to break these shoes in. I got blisters over my Achilles tendon from the first pair, so I just didn't slip the elastic over my heel on the second two pairs. After a few weeks of walking on the leather then the heel became loose/comfortable enough to go over the back of my foot. This is the only problem I had with these shoes and it's very short-term. You won't regret buying these!

These are the perfect, comfortable, all around great black flat. I wear them all the time! The fit is great and true to size. Love 'em!

These are cute. They are a little sloppy looking on the feet, but that's the look. True to size and very comfortable. No problem with the elastic feeling tight. This color (rose cream) is a little bronzy, and I like it. Good choice. Just what I imagined.

A cute and comfortable shoe...well made and feels good right out of the box. I ordered my regular size. 6.5 but think 7 would have been okay, too. Ordered Tuscany and it is just as pictured and is a nice color. Thank you, Zappos!

These flats are really cute and comfy if you don't need arch support. The color is lighter than it appears online. But love them and got them in two other colors.

Unlike almost every other flat I've tried, this one is very soft and comfortable. No need to break in!

At first they were a tad uncomfortable and definitely gave me a bit of a blister on the heel. But flash forward 1 month later and they are great. I wear them practically every day to work as I have a 20 minute walk both ways. No wear and tear showing at all yet and they are super soft, no rubbing at all. Great purchase. Super simple though, definitely not a flashy pair you are going to get compliments on. But they do the job for sure.

Great flat. The color is very light (a little lighter than the picture). Super comfy and super cute! The Style rivals a designer ballet flat that retails for about three times as much. Will buy more colors too!

Love this shoe. Fits true to size and very versatile. I wear them with jeans and skirts all the time. The coloring looks better in person. No support really but I only wear them for work or when I know I'm not going to be doing a lot of walking.

I bought these shoes to wear for my son's wedding, during the dancing phase. They are comfortable, but in all fairness, I haven't had them on all day yet to fully judge. I love the color and style.

These flats are very cute and very comfortable. Based on reviews, I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. The upper heel area did feel a bit tight at first try-on but loosened up quickly. I ordered some other black flats for comparison purposes (all almost double the price) and these looked and felt the best. I wish they came in more bright Spring colors.

These shoes are great! My favorite Cole Haan ballet flats starting falling apart after 2 years of constant use, and these have been the first great replacement that I've found. The leather is not quite as soft as the Cole Haan or Vera Wang flats, but it is definitely appropriate for the low price. The leather does soften up a bit with use, and the shoe is very flexible and comfortable. This shoe fits me true to size and width, and I had no trouble wearing them right out of the box. These shoes are cute, comfortable and very well priced! I can't wait to get a few more colors!

Love, love, love these shoes. The color is beautiful and really goes with both brown and black. They are so comfortable right after I got them, I wore them on a trip and had no issues with new shoe blisters. Really happy with the purchase.

The shoes look and feel great! It's a great everyday flat that is comfortable and does not pinch (a problem I usually have with ballet flats). The metallic color is perfect. It's neutral so it goes with everything and I have gotten lots of compliment son them.

This is a stylish little shoe that travels well. It is comfortable despite the fact there is not any arch support. It works well for a city visit but not for a lot of walking.

Love the color and style! It isn't a really "soft" feeling shoe though. If it were slightly roomier, it would be a little more comfortable. Overall, it's fairly comfortable.

Great shoes for everyday running around. Good fit, I usually wear 8.5 - 9, ordered a 9 and am happy. I'm ordering my 2nd pair in another color today!

They were a bit uncomfortable the first few times I wore them but once broken in they were super comfortable. Only bad thing is that the coloring is wearing off a bit on the seams.

These are adorable! I'm usually a 7.5 but went with an 8 which was a good move. They are comfortable except for the fact that they dig into the backs of my heels, but I expect this will go away in time after a few more wears.

I bought these because of the great reviews but they are not as comfortable as I had hoped. They dig into the back of my foot because of the snug fit and because my feet are wide, they cause blisters on my toes. I am thinking that I just need to wear them in a bit but I am surprised that they were not as comfortable as I was expecting straight out of the box, especially for being flats.

I love this flat! I'm an executive assistant and I do a lot of running around. When I need to move faster or just need a break from my heels, this little baby looks nice with anything would wear my heels with. It also looks cute with my casual wear. I wear a 7.5 and my foot is just a little bit wide and the Emmie fits perfectly. The elastic on the back was a little snug at first but I'd rather have a more snug fit than end up with a flat is more like a flip flop... I have the black and the leather is soft and well-made.
