I have these in black and I love them. After reading some of the reviews saying they look matronly... I am now questioning all of my life choices.

Very comfortable shoe for feet with diminishing soft tissue, arthritis, and neuroma - may need to buy a back-up pair!

I love these shoes! My feet are wide, have bunions, and need extra arch support, making it nearly impossible to find comfortable shoes (that aren't ugly). By adding stick-on gel arch supports, these shoes were perfect. The 1-1/2 inch wedge and cork insoles absorbed the impact, making it possible to walk 10-15 miles a day on city streets.

I am in the market for a funky yet functional sandal, but this did not quite fit the bill. I will agree with a previous reviewer that, despite the video, which makes them look very fun and funky, these actually are quite frumpy. (Perhaps it is the crossed front piece - I have tried a few comparable sandals, and I think the crossed leather at the toe tends to look very retro in a not-at-all-hip way. I might have liked the same sole with a straight-across-the-toe strap. The shoe was overall on the large side - I tend to wear a 7-7.5, spend most of my life in size 38 Sanitas or Danskos, and the size 38 in these was enormous on me.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for PIKOLINOS concerning there QUALITY. I purchased this BEIGE SHOE and the same in BLUE last year at FULL PRICE, not ON SALE. I never wore these shoes because I bought them for vacation and ended up not being able to go on vacation. This week I purchased the same style shoe with the CUT OUT DESIGN in the leather in APRICOT. When I received the APRICOT shoes this week I noticed the KORK was peeled off under the TOE AREA. When I inspected the shoe closer I saw that everywhere in the KORK FOOTBED the KORK was BADLY SPLIT OPEN or PEELED OFF the FOOTBED. This prompted me to pull out the BEIGE and BLUE PIKOLINOS I bought in 2017 and never wore. And SURE ENOUGH the KORK FOOTBED was also SPLIT OPEN and PEELED OFF exposing the YELLOW UNDERPAD. This YELLOW UNDERPAD is close to the COLOR of the KORK so you may not notice the SPLIT KORK, I DID NOT, unless you inspect them closely! So these SHOES were SOLD DEFECTIVE to me at FULL PRICE BY PIKOLINOS AND ZAPPOS! This should NOT BE HAPPENING!! I am tired of being SOLD DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE and especially at FULL PRICE. ZAPPOS this is not GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I have repeatedly complained about this in PAST REVIEWS and I see you are still selling DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE TO CUSTOMERS! I also this month bought the AQUA PAIR with the CUT OUT DESIGNS from NORDSTROM and the KORK FOOTBED was also DEFECTIVE with the same problem so I had to return those also. Tomorrow I am returning 4 PAIRS of KORK BED PIKOLINOS SHOES all with SPLIT PEELING KORK BEDS! So LADIES if you bought these PIKOLINOS KORK FOOTBED SHOES in the past I would get them out and look closely at the FOOTBEDS and I bet you were SOLD DEFECTIVE SHOES! I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR of PIKOLINOS SHOES AGAIN!

Extremely comfortable and pretty sandal. This is my second pair/different color and although they’re a bit pricey, they’re worth every penny. I’ve tried several cheaper pairs but had to return every one. Don’t let the price deter you. They’re comfortable right out of the box. No need to break in too!

Both size and fit were great. I am a standard 7.5 and the 38 fit just right. Finding them very comfortable. I have the tan ones. Have gotten lots of comments on them. Women of a certain age and/or those with foot issues have limited options. These are great for a nice look, comfort, and practicality. I plan to get another pair, this time in black.

I despise buying shoes because I can try on just about every shoe in a store (including flat sandals) and leave with nothing. Or I get a shoe that feels comfortable for a short time before my feet are hurting. These are the first shoes that I wore brand new for hours and had no discomfort anywhere. Also with these shoes I don’t have to sacrifice fashion for comfort.

Super Comfortable. I love these shoes. I'm 57 and can not wear heels!! But these are perfectly cute, give the appearance of a heel, but without foot pain. My only wish, is that the soul was all black on the black... I prefer a heel the same color as the shoe.

Put these on and immediately loved them. So happy because they are on the expensive side. Look great and super comfortable. I’ve worn them for three days straight with lots of walking and standing and the shoes are still comfortable and look great. Gives a polished look like you’re wearing a heel but it’s a platform so keeps your foot comfortable. Will be getting more shoes from this brand.

I love these sandals. I have four pairs and wear them all the time. I wore them right out of the box for all-day vacation sight-seeing. While not very cushioned, there is even support and stability. I have received a lot of positive comments on them. A couple of my pairs have been worn A LOT and show no signs of wear. I use a magic eraser to keep the white rim of the sole looking new.

These are among my favorite sandals so much so that I now have 3 pairs. They are very light and incredibly comfortable and I walk the pavement sidewalks of NYC all day. People/strangers always ask me where I got them. There’s just one thing I would improve about them and that is the adjustment on the strap - it would be great if I could make them a touch tighter.Of course it would also be good if they were a bit less expensive but for me they’re worth it.

Beautiful oxblood color. Going back because not enough tightness in strap and they are a little matronly looking.

I have them in the perforated navy - and like them so much I purchased them in brandy. Comfortable on my 80-year-old difficult feet. I'm an 8 1/2 N or M and these in 39 are perfect for me. I do prefer the perforated style of the navy, but the brandy color is rich and attractive. Thinking black next and like that the sole is not white. I'll wait for a sale...........

I LOVE THIS SHOE, although I am not CRAZY about the WHITE WEDGE but I bought the BLUE, SAND, and BLACK. I always walk around in them for awhile to make sure the fit is ok. Well all were GREAT EXCEPT THE LEFT FOOT IN BLACK. The BUCKLE was hitting my BONE and it hurt. I have read other buyers returning the MYKONOS because of this. I am not sure what the problem is and why this is a problem in some of the colors but not others. Anyhow I am going to exchange the BLACK and try another pair in the same size hoping the fit will be ok. I don't think this shoe is frumpy at all. I wear mostly Eileen Fisher clothes and this shoe looks a lot like something she would design! It works great with her simple clothes!

no arch support at all, otherwise wonderful

Completely uncomfortable but I love this shoe and I'm going to work through the pain! I'm a strong size 8 and regularly order online. 95% of shoes fit on arrival as an 8. These are VERY narrow and smaller than expected. I ordered the next size up, 39 I believe, and they too are still super uncomfortable. I'm keeping them anyway and hoping they will stretch! I know, stupid! But I love the leather with the white.

This is my second pair of these shoes, two different colors. Comfortable right from the start with no break in period. They look dressier than flat sandals but are very comfortable and easy to walk in. I'm on my feet all day, and love these Pikolinos.

The shoe feels very comfortable. I didn't have to break them in as the leather is soft and the sole is very flexible, yet stable.

The shoe fits well and is very comfortable. I like the cork foot bed. The leather is soft. I didn't have to break them in at all. The shoe seems to be of good quality. Only wore the shoe once but was happy with the shoe.

I got these shoes and loved them. Comfy from the beginning. My 91 year old mom saw them and confiscated them! She loves them and the surprising thing is they look good on her feet too. I guess I will order me another pair. No one warned me about this.

Love these sandles. Pikalinos are great shoes for comfort.

Love all my Pikolino purchases. These sandles are a classy sandle and your feet will thank you for buying them! Also, I wear a 6.5 shoe and the size is perfect.

Got my next pair a size larger. This are the best walking shoes I’ve ever had. Been traveling a lot and they always come with me!
