I am looking for a black summer sandal for a casual office and really wanted to love these but the straps cut into the top of my food and sadly I sent them back.

OK I LOVE THIS SHOE BUT!! I BOUGHT THIS SAME SHOES IN THE BLUE, SAND AND BLACK BUT AND HERE IS THE BUT THE BLUE, SAND FIT GREAT FABULOUS BUT AND I TRIED 2 SIZE 9 BLACKS AND BOTH OF THEM HAD TO BE RETURNED FOR THE SAME REASON ALOT OF THE REVIEWS ARE GIVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS, THE BUCKLE ON THE LEFT HAD SIDE IS RUBBING THE AREA NEAR THE BONE! WHY IS IT THAT THE BLUE AND SAND FIT WELL BUT NOT THE BLACK? PIKOLINOS NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE OR THEY WILL SELL LESS OF THESE SHOES. I REALLY WANTED THE BLACK THE MOST SINCE I WOULD WEAR THEM THE MOST SO I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. NOW I COULD TRY ON MORE OF THESE BLACK SHOES TRYING TO FIND ONE WITHOUT THE LEFT FOOT PROBLM BUT I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT, TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE!

Comfortable out of the box, good for about 6-8 hours then it starts feeling a little hard -not to much cushion. Have enjoyed them, great color.

I have arthritis in the top of my left foot so was worried about whether this shoe would work. But I love cork footbeds and have several other Pikolinos ..... decided to give it a try. Footbed is very comfortable and will conform to my foot. The crossed leather on the top of the shoe is a bit tight on my left foot but I know it will stretch and I will take it to my shoe guy and have him get the stretch started.

seems to run small compared to my other pinkolons sandals. look better in person, but not as stylish as I hoped. returning.

Was hard as a board to walk on.

Very cute, very comfy shoe. Did not fit my foot properly. I have a high arch and the top strap had a large gap on my foot, I could not adjust the strap to eliminate the gap which looked strange, so I had to return them:(

I ordered the white and the tan and both have sown on labels on the straps. Not as advertised.

I have these from a couple of years ago in blue. They are comfortable. I ordered the beige and they were also comfortable but....didn't love this particular beige and they now have a "Pikolinos" label sewn on the leather on the front of the shoe. Ruins the look and I don't like to wear clothing/shoes that advertise. Label is not shown in the Zappos picture. Returned.

The fit and size was okay but the style was a bit clunky for me. I returned them.

The shoe was cute but looked a little more matronly than I was hoping for in the cognac. The sole was very stiff and did not appear to be something I could walk 2 miles a day in at work comfortably. Returning them. Perhaps if the bottom of the cognac was not white it would have been cuter.

Didn’t work due to my tailor’s bunions. Straps hit the wrong way for me. Sad. Can’t find any sandals this year.

I wanted to love these. The footbed feels amazing and I think with a stick on arch support cookie, they would be awesome for my very high arches. The leather doesn’t feel like it would slice into your feet and I found them a lot less dowdy than I was expecting. BUT. I am a true US 8.5M in sandals (sometimes a 9 in Italian or French made shoes). I ordered the 39, which is my normal Euro size. As other reviewers stated, they are just a tad too short. My heel hits right at the rear edge of the sandal. My sneaking suspicion is that once the leather upper softens, my toes would come closer to the front edge of the sandal, giving more room at the rear, but I just can’t quite justify keeping them to see if that bears out. I’d order the 40’s to see if that’s a better fit in length, but I’ve never been a 40 in any shoes. Sadness, as they really are a lovely shoe.

I ordered the brandy and stone camel in 39 and unfortunately the sizing was inconsistent. The stone camel fit fine, while the brandy was tight across the top and harder to close the back strap.

I had not tried these shoes before but the quality of the leather was very high. The shoe ran one size big. I returned them because it felt like one shoe was taller than the other and the width could have been larger. I did not order the Wide but will try that to see how it compares.

Well made shoe and very comfortable to wear straight from the box. Only problem was the length. I wear a 10, sometimes 9 1/2. The sizes no was 9 1/2-10. My toes came right to the tip of the shoe and it was still difficult to fully secure the hook and loop closure. I’m afraid the next size up would be too big. Sadly, I am going to return and continue my search for a platform sandal.

Bummed! I don't have super wide feet but my feet hang over in the middle :(

As others have said, this shoe looks cute in the photo but I think the brown sole makes the sandal look dated and old fashion- not in a good way. Comfortable, well made shoe but alas I will be returning them.

Kind of matronly and the shoe was too narrow for my foot. Could not even get it on properly as foot would not fully slide in.

i could not wait for these sandals to arrive today. I love the style, the cork footbed, the cognac color and the contrast non-optic white sole. Velcro back strap provides easy on and take off. The sandals are well made and are comfortable but it felt a half size smaller. I wear a size 11M. Very disappointed that the sandals did not fit! Sadly, I have to return them.

I bought these shoes for walking around town in Puerto Vallarta. They were comfortable when I tried them on and walked around the house and then when I got down to Mexico the cross straps cut my foot and gave me blisters.

Really wanted to like these shoes. Thought they would be really cute for work. Found them to be a little wide for my foot and the front cut in a bit. Foot bed was a little hard & stiff for my taste. Disappointed as I thought they were cute.

I love Pikolinos shoes, and always go to this brand first on Zappos. These shoes are truly comfortable, with the soft leather that you would expect from this brand. For the first time ever, the leather is beginning to tear. There is a weak spot on each shoe, on the inside strap. The leather on each show here has started to tear. I think it corresponds to a join in the lining of the shoe. The rest of the shoe is intact, but alas, I do not think they will last that long.

Second pair that I have ordered and will return that is not true to size. 1/2 size smaller and narrow. This pair also had a small nick on the left toe.
