The shoe looked interesting and fun online but in person, it is simply too much sandal for my foot. I really like the color and they are comfortable. The zipper on the side is easy to use and makes for simple slip on and off.

Wanted to love these shoes but they feel loose around the ankle.

I ordered luggage oyster and the color is nice. The leather is soft. They are well padded and the heel height is comfortable. I've only worn them around the house so far but I like them.

these were very comfortable and of good quality but were just a bit too large for my foot. I have narrow feet and find that most 9s fit well. I found these to run about a 1/2 size larger and a bit wider but the footbed was excellent. The leather was also a bit wider than anticipated which gave the shoe a clunky look on my foot. overall great quality and they felt like they would have been extremely comfortable but aren't the look im going for. Great heel height too!

Couldn’t even zip up the side when trying on after being on my feet for 3+ hours, and I’ve got an average width foot. Super cute, plus almost every other review was great, so very disappointed.

Adorable shoe! I really wanted these to work out. Well made, light weight chunky heel, nice heel height, comfy foot bed! Whats not to like. . I normally wear a 5 1/2-6 (depending on how they are made). I find that I usually have to settle for a 6 as my size is usually "slim pickin". I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews that they ran wide but they appeared to be everything I was looking for in a shoe. The shoe is really wide for a medium width and I really need a 5 1/2. This shoe is not available in that size and it appears that they don't even offer that size. Most likely if they did it would be too wide too. I'm so disappointed!

Really comfortable -- just looked too clunky.

I wanted to love these shoes, but as a girl with thick ankles it wasn't meant to be. I love the Sofft brand as they fit my foot and support my arch really well and that was consistent with this shoe. However the ankle opening was very high and far too tight to be comfortable or flattering. They are a wonderfully neutral color.

These just didn’t look right on the toe part. I ordered a 1/2 size too large but even if I sized down I don’t know that I would like them. It also felt like it would rub the top of my foot had I gotten a half size smaller.

Cute shoe but when they arrived one of them fit about half a size larger than the other. I checked the markings in the shoe & they were both sized as 7.5. The smaller shoe was moderately comfortable, but I couldn't get past my foot sliding around in the larger one, so returned them.

These are super cute in person and the leather is very soft. That being said, these are for ladies with normal width or wider than average feet. The sole is squishy and comfy, so I could see myself wearing these all day. Lovely styling, but they do NOT fit narrow or narrow-ish feet, so don't even bother. Try Donald Pliner instead as they run narrow.

I was very disappointed in the fit of this shoe.Strange because they do not run narrow but the insoles fit weird! I do not have a wide foot but the sides of the insole mid foot were cutting into my feet. Very uncomfortable. They fit in toe area and heel. Strange fit. I returned!

Pretty shoe, but seemed too large on my size 5.5-6 foot. Didn't look as good on my foot or ankle as the other customer who sent in a picture.

I loved these but had an issue with the toe area. My toes felt somewhat pinched around the big toe area and there was not enough shock absorbancy in that area. Other than that, they are beautiful shoes, nice quality leather, and very cute.

Super comfy but much the "distressed foil" was much shinier gold in real life than it seemed like in the photo.

Close, but returning. I ordered my usual size (7 medium). These felt way too big (too wide). They were shinier than expected (Platino color) and more gold than platinum. If they'd fit I may have kept them as the heel height was good for walking, standing. Returning these but kept a similar pair from White Mountain.

Great leather, good construction, and very comfortable. The perfect height. Unfortuneately, these are for wide feet, and are not adjustable. The ankle cuff looks floppy because of the extra material. Unless your ankles are deep from front to back or side to side and you are also wide across the ball, these will be loose. Will have to return them.

The "Denim Oyster" color is not a dark blue as you would expect from 'denim'. It is lighter than it appears on screen and has a purple undertone to it....I would call it periwinkle. Shoe is very comfortable but runs wide for me.

I love the Sofft brand, but I had 2 issues with these shoes: 1) the left shoe fit more snugly than the right one, and 2) the ankle wrap is just not secure enough to keep my foot from sliding around. I don't know if it's just an issue with this pair or what. But if they both fit as snugly as the left shoe did, I'd keep them. And I don't usually have a problem with my feet being sized differently. I own the Canita model and it fits like a dream.

These shoes are so cute and I wanted them to be perfect. But no luck. The front of the shoe is so wide. I have a wide toe box and my foot slid right through. I wish it came in a narrow.

Too wide and sloppy looking through the leather upper. Heel is a plastic block wrapped to look stacked and is very cheap looking.

I really wanted to love the shoes. The style is very cute and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately they are way too wide. I’m an average width and have not had issues with other Sofft shoes I have purchased. Please make a more narrow version!

Good-looking and theoretically comfortable shoe. Too bad they produced more severe blisters in more locations than any other new shoe I have ever worn (like an hour of walking led to 4 bad ones on one foot, 3 on the other). I wanted to like these so much, but this is ridiculous. They are also very wide over the ball of the foot yet tight around the ankle. Buyer beware!

These seemed comfortable but looked like chains around my ankle - very bulky.

Very cute style; however, way too wide. The leather was very soft and the style was just what I was looking for. I was very disappointed that shoe was just too sloppy to walk in.
