I love these shoes! BUT...like the second time I wore them the little tassel on the zipper fell off... :( Still love them and thrust are super comfortable.

The shoe overall feels a little loose, but is true to size. The stitching where the bottom of the heal rests is a little scratchy, but I'm hoping that will soften after wearing a few times. They aren't as cushioned as Cobb Hills, but they aren't super uncomfortable either. The wedge is very stable and doesn't feel like you're going to loose balance or have pain from too high of a heel.

Unfortunately these shoes are too lose around my ankle. I do have very small ankles though, so they may be fine for most.

I love the pair I have in a Gold color and get lots of compliments! I ordered the black for comfort, but not crazy about how they look with skirts. Perfect for shorts or jeans.

These shoes were comfortable, although little wide (and I have a wide foot) but overall they just didn't seem to be very flattering on my feet.

Really attractive sandal but not for me. My feet were slightly swollen when I tried them on and it was obvious that they were too tight in the instep and that I would have problems with my feet swelling through the gap between ankle and toe. This is a common issue for me; especially in the heat or if flying. It also seemed likely that the toe opening would rub on my toes. With the tightness in the instep I couldn't zip the ankle closure. It's a very sophisticated looking sandal - bummer!

What a beautiful shoe -- leather so soft, color so pretty! if it wasn't for the fact it was just a bit tight around my rather large bunion, I would have given it 5 stars all around. Sofft shoes have been the only brand of heels I can wear for a very long time. Love them!

These are great looking but unfortunately too wide and my foot slid around. Sending back :(

Shoe was comfortable, but a little big on my feet. I usually buy a 9 in a sandal, but sized down to 8 1/2. Good soft shoe. I sent the shoe back, realizing I already has a pair very similar.

Love the shoes but they’re wide through the ankle. Added an insert which helps close the gap & so far so good but Ive only worn them inside the house. I think the style is attractive & can work with capri pants, leggings & jeans.

Loved these and would be super comfortable, except the part around the ankle was much too loose. My foot is not what I consider narrow nor do I have thin ankles, so was surprised how floppy these were.

I haven't worn them out and about yet but I put them on in the house and was like, wow. Comfy. The oyster chambray is not purple or silver or grey but can work for any of the 3. I am a 10 medium with 2 surgeries on my left foot under my belt. I dont have tendons in my last 3 toes so for me to say comfy... is saying a lot. I'll keep trying the brand to see if that's consistent.

I keep trying Sofft brand shoes but always find they chafe parts of my feet. Same with these. Had to return.

This is a very attractive style, but unfortunately it was too narrow for me to fully zip up. If there had been a larger size, I would have tried that, but regretfully there is not so I am sending them back.

The shoes are super cute and the sole is extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that the straps across the foot are tight. I don't have narrow feet but they aren't wide either and this was tight across the top of my foot. The length was perfect and the color was very nice.

These shoes are very comfortable! The footbed is soft and the uppers don't rub, even around my ankle. The distressed gold color is sparkly enough to look dressy. They feel a little wider in the toe than some shoes, but the upper part of the shoe hugs my foot enough to keep them from being too wide.

The strap around the top foot is tight but once you start walking in them, they are ok

Super comfy. Can be dressed up or down.

Sadly I have to return both pairs of the 'sofft' brand shoes that I ordered. They are simply too 'baggy' for my narrow feet which is a huge shame as the leather is beautiful and the footbed appears to be very comfortable, and the shoes are a good height. If you have regular width feet you would be ok with these, I just have narrow/skinny feet and straight out of the box they feel too loose so with wear they will just get worse.

I err on the side of wide but small feet and got a size 6.5. The width fit fine but the ankle section was too big and looked awkward on my foot. The leather was great quality and they were super comfortable. I wish the ankle section of the shoe had a better fit as I would have definitely kept them

These are so cute, unfortunately the ankle is very very small. If you have thin ankles, be glad, because you can wear these stylish shoes. For those of us with bigger ankles, have to move on. Returned these.

This shoe was overall attractive and comfortable with pretty good arch support. My problem was that the 8.5 was too big and the 8 was too small so it just didn't work for me. Otherwise I would have kept it.

This show looks great but the heel area is too narrow for my foot so I’m returning it! But I love everything about this shoe!
