Overall, not a fan of this shoe. Need a wide, but oddly the adjustable straps across the top of the shoe did not reach the velcro in order to fasten. If you need a wide, these miss the mark.

I love Ryka sneakers and I have another pair of Ryka sandals (a different style) that I also love. These were sized so oddly. The shoe is quite wide--even when adjusting, it is a very wide shoe. It's also strangely long. I always, always wear an 8.5 but this shoe is a good inch past my toes, making me feel as though I'm wearing flippers! Finally, the arch support is weirdly positioned. The location of it is such that it pushes my foot almost diagonally while wearing the sandal. Just all around weirdly sized, which is puzzling given how many other pairs of Ryka shoes I have in this size that I really like. Now that I've worn them, I'm stuck with them, so I will probably give them away. I like the brand but this one was not a winner for me.

This sandal was too clunky for me. The sole was very rigid, the straps were itchy. On the plus side, it fit my wide feet well.

The soles on these sandals were thin and wore out rapidly. I usually have a pair of sandals last throughout the summer, but these are just about shot halfway through. They are still comfortable and fit well, but don't hold up well.

I put the shoe on, and my 23 year old daughter said 'umm, those look like old people shoes'. Forget anything about comfort, etc. they are going back.

I have plantar fasciitis and these don’t have enough arch support for me.

The color is wonderful, and the sandals seemed to be comfortable even on wide feet, except for the strap nearest the ankle. It was too short to go over a high instep. Sadly, I had to return them.

They feel great, and I'd really like them if they had a better tread. Like some reviews said, they are super slippery on the bottom.

These ran pretty large and wide. Fairly comfortable, but a lot of coverage for a sandal.

I really like these shoes, they were very comfortable right out of the box, with two exceptions: 1. The soles are a plastic material, which means my feet will sweat and 2. Both soles had little tiny points of plastic sticking up, so it felt like I had splinters on the bottoms of my feet. I had to send them back.

Shoes are comfortable, good width. Sole is very slippery and make it seem unstable to walk on hard surfaces such as hardwood floors.

I ordered size 7.5 Wide. The sandals were no where near wide enough; even when I tried adjusting the straps, they wouldn't fasten across my foot. If they had fit - I would have said they were lightweight and seemed to have decent arch support.

This shoe is super comfortable and very supportive! After trying on multiple water friendly sandals I had my hopes up for this one. But the soles have no grip -- very slippery just walking inside on dry hardwood floor and carpet. For this reason I am sending back. Otherwise this is a fantastic shoe with great cushion and arch support. Fits like a dream!

I like these shoes. They are cut and well-suited to outdoor summer activity. The only negative is that the soles, because they are rubber, make my feet feel hot and sticky at times. Also, the arch support is truly moderate. I probably should be wearing something with more support.

I ordered these shoes in a wide, and although the toe box fit great, the manufacturer expects you to have enormous ankles, too. I spent another $45 at the shoe repair to reduce the size of the ankle straps. Really comfortable shoe, or I wouldn't have spent the extra $ for modifications.

Very comfortable! Needed a good walking shoe for an upcoming trip to Greece. Would have been keepers if not for a very slippery sole. Seemed to have some sort of fabric on the sole at the heel and the toe. Not good for walking on the slippery marble of the Acropolis!

Great support, horrible tread on the bottom. I was so happy with the excellent support in the shoe, and then I walked onto the hard wood floor, slipped and almost fell. The bottom of this shoe is slippery. Very slippery.

Like the other reviewer, I could not get these to fit my feet (duck-shaped: wide forefoot, regular width heel). The medium width was almost wide enough for my forefoot, but the ankle strap was still slightly loose even at the tightest setting. The wide width had plenty of room for my forefoot but the ankle strap was way too loose. This would fit someone with rectangular/brick-shaped feet well. The shoe itself is lightweight and comfortable. I found the sole a bit slippery though and I personally dislike the look of white soles on dark shoes (why not black to match the insole or at least gray so the contrast isn't so great?).

I already reviewed this shoe but it is still frustrating me. Why don't shoe designers make some sandals with longer straps for people with high arches? They could make a longer velcro strap that can be shortened/cut off by people who don't require the extra length, but those of us with high arches or wider feet could wear them. I find so many styles of sandals where the length, width, and arch support all fit perfectly but then the straps are so short that they (a) won't fasten at all, or (b) the black velcro hooks are exposed so the shoes look ugly. When I order larger sizes to get longer straps the shoes look ridiculous with all the extra length in front of my toes. This shoe fits so perfectly in every way, except for the straps, that I considered taking them to a shoe repair shop to have them altered to fit me. But, if they couldn't do it with a smooth transition on the top of the foot I could get blisters from the remodel. So frustrating!!! :-(

The shoes seem to be cheaply made. The velcro adjustment was less than a half inch and they ran very narrow so I doubt they would be comfortable on hot and humid days when my feet tend to swell a small amount. They would fit well on cool spring days.
