I ordered this shoe primarily for a little support while inside. Love to wear flip flops during summer heat but find that walking up and down stairs my twice broken ankle needs a more secure sandal. It is flexible and soft and fairly cushiony. I wish that it came 2 inch heel to give me better arch support. The leather is soft and the shoe is fairly attractive for a comfort shoe. The best feature is the adjustable velcro straps are just right in length for my foot which is narrow. Those with wide feet may find the adjustable straps a bit short.

I love these sandals! But... I ordered my regular size and my big toe hung over the edge of the sole. Ordered a half size larger and am pleased. With one wonky foot, I like that there are four adjustable straps. But... the strap around the back of the heel has only 1" adjustable space, which means in order to keep your foot from sliding forward, you have to tighten the next strap, across the middle of your foot. That one has 1 3/8" adjustable space. The other two straps, going closer to the toe, allow only 7/8" and 3/4" space between the velcro pieces. It seems to me that since we're only talking about the placement of the velcro straps, they could all be 1 3/8" apart, which would allow ample personal adjustment with no significant change in manufacturing. The sole is flat, but the arch support is fine for my high longitudinal arch. All this being said, I am going to order another pair a half size large than my normal size. General comment: why do all sandals have the adjustments on the outside of the foot where they are hard to reach and visible? We older folks would appreciate something easier!

Cute shoes, but I couldn't get the toe strap to tighten enough for my narrow foot. Hate to send them back, but I can't wear them.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but after wearing them it’s like I received 2 different shoes. The left shoe fits perfect, but I can’t say the same for the right. They feel completely different.

Earth shoes are constructed with comfortable materials and provide good support for people like me with high arches. I so wanted to keep these stylish shoes, but they were too wide even with the straps adjusted as tightly as possible. Had to return them.

I have a pair in navy, like then very much. So i ordered the brown leather. However, what you can't see from pictures is the shading on the leather. It's a much lighter brown in the middle of every strap, and then it's outlined with darker brown on every strap. It just made the leather look cheap, like fake leather with fake coloring. I returned. For this price, it's needs to look like real leather.

I could not get the straps tighter which I needed otherwise they were slipping. Would have been a great sandal otherwise. I have narrow feet and the ankle strap just was not tight enough.

These are really cute and have great support. Unfortunately the top cross strap hit an area of my foot that is sensitive from having surgery and I couldn't wear them for very long without it really bothering me. If not for that, I would have kept them. Very comfortable and cute.

These are very cute. They are a bit bigger than I expected. I will get a lot of wear out of them I’m sure. They did come with a white spot on one of the sandles however which is a disappointment considering they are brand new. I’m going to have to find a faded black marker to fill it in.

These shoes are cute and look great with shorts and dresses, but were just too small for my feet. I wear a true size 11, usually an 11W, and the size 11 for this shoe was short enough that my toes were at the end of the sandal. They are narrower than a medium, these would be a great shoe for a narrow foot. Too bad, as they were flexible and sturdy without feeling bulky or pinchy.

I really liked the looks of the shoe, but it was too short. I am normally always a size 10. However, lately it seems some shoes are being cut short as with this one. I would have had to go up to a 10 1/2. Unfortunately I was unable to try that, and I know an 11 would have been too large.

Comfortable shoe! But, the in sole was not cut to fit, and hung over slightly on one shoe. I also was not fond of the color. I thought it looked cheap. For $90, I thought i could do better. I am going to try another color and hope it fits the bill.

Great shoe. Very comfortable, but the shoe had a flaw. The leather insert was not cut right, so hung over the side. It is a manufacturing flaw, but for $90, I thought it should be better. Returning, but exchanging for another color. I also thought the tan looked cheap

Excellent arch support - if the arch hits the right spot! The shoes are beautiful. And comfortable - on my left foot. The arch on my right foot is different from the left, and this "hit" wrong, so that each step was painful. Not the first time this has happened with shoes, but it has convinced me to buy only shoes with moldable footbeds.

Very cute and comfortable, EXCEPT, my foot tends to run on the narrower side of medium, and I had to move the velcro adjustments to the tightest possible for these to feel secure. I'm afraid they will stretch a bit with wear, so I am returning.

Great shoes but the color is off. The pic looks like Navy but it is really a medium blue.

Good looking shoe. Four adj straps. My only objection is the foot bed is rigid. It does not give when walking.

A sturdy sandal for sure. The comfort is okay, not perfect. They do not hurt the foot, but walking miles isn't something I would do in them. I have boney feet, arthritis, am overweigh and tall - but they are a good shoe and still work. I get compliments on them.

These are nice sandals and they are well-made. I do have fussy feet and it's hard to find footwear that works for me. I like the fact that the straps have Velcro to adjust to fit your foot well. However, my foot is borderline wide and these were too wide for me. I couldn't adjust them to get them right. The arch didn't hit in the right spot, so I had to send them back. I do recommend the sandals for people that don't have fuzzy feet!

Very pretty and light weight. I wanted these to work out but the cork footbed was too inflexible for me. I have plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. I often wear a Wide shoe but this Medium was fine. Sadly, these will have to be returned.

I ordered these in black. The decorative, cut-out sections do not stand out in the black, but recede into the background. They would be prettier in the other colors. Also, the right arch rubs against my foot. I am absolutely flat-footed and need shoes with an arch. This arch is not very high, but seems to be harder than necessary, hence the rubbing. I have two other pairs of Earth sandals, and they are super comfortable. Thought these would be, as well.Other shoes have padding over the arch, making it much more comfortable. I will try gel inserts and see if that helps with the rubbing. The fit is good, and especially appreciate that the strap adjustments are perfect for my narrow feet.

Black are gorgeous. But they gave me blisters across the top of my foot near the strap. Guess there's something there that's defective since the tan are perfect. Returned the black, love the tan. I have foot issues, and found these to be stylish, sturdy, and really nice.

These sandals were perfect in all aspects except one - the arch support was too high. I would never be able to wear them. Very disappointing as they fit just right otherwise. I have a foot that is too wide for narrow and too narrow for medium usually, but these sandals would have been fine in that regard.

The design of the straps was wrong for me because the buckles on the toe straps rubbed my foot. I tried everything to make them be comfortable, but It just didn’t work. I’m sad because the shoes are adorable.

I actually returned them. They were quite cute and I loved the design and all....they just felt a tiny bit too short and I worried that as they stretched out with time and wear that it might get worse. The arch support was not too bad but I had thought I was getting Vionics and somehow ended up on the 'Earth' page instead, so for the brand, the arch support was pretty good actually. I have just given up wearing anything except Vionics. And even they are not as good as they were when they were Orthaheels with Vionic technology, but still good.
